家有帮助。
首先说一句，如果你比较忙，但比较多金的话，不妨直接去staples打印，大概$75左右
，可以做到8' x 2.5'大。

如果你想做得更大（我们的是12' x 3.5'），可以尝试一下以下方法。
1) 去Jo-Ann（或其他布点）买块布。普通白布就行。我们买的是unitlity cloth 类别
里的,5.99/yard, 我们买了4yard.下边是Jo-Ann网站，可以查store在哪里

2）两个短边折起，缝上。留一个短边不缝。这样可以插杆子。
3）把句子拆成字母，用大号的字体一个个打在letter size的纸上。
4）用胶带把单页打印的字母粘在一起。
5）用钉书钉沿纸的边缘一路钉过去。离布边缘的地方怎么钉呢？把钉书机展开，在布
的下边垫上泡沫塑料，订完以后，把布反过来，用工具或手指闭合钉书钉。 |

圣迭戈哥的市中心中有一个很好的深水码头。美国中途岛号航便停靠于这里的海军码头
，成就了美国最大的专门展示航母及海军飞行器的海上军事博物馆。
中途岛号航空母舰曾是美国海军的一个标志，是美国海军中途岛级航空母舰的首舰。它
从1943年开始建造，1945年3月下水服役，是当时世界上最大的战舰，长298.4米，自重
5.1万吨，载员4700 人，航速30节（海里／小时）。到1992退出舰队序列，1997年正式
退役，它经历了整整42年的军旅生涯，参与了40年代的二次世界大战，60、70年代的越
南战争，以及90年代的沙漠风暴行动等多项美国海军的军事活动。它的得名源于中途岛
战役，那是整个太平洋战争的转折点。1992年，中途岛号作为美军中服役年限最长的战
舰而退役。这在期间，大约一共有225,000美军曾在中途岛号航空母舰上服役。
2004年，这艘航母的最终休息地被安排在圣地亚哥海军栈桥附近，由非盈利机构接

中饭12:30：青椒炒蘑菇瘦猪肉，白萝卜炒干贝 (白萝卜似乎是starchy veggie,应该

晚饭8:00: chicken salad, 主要是生菜+grilled chicken+cheese, no dressing
运动：早上8:10-9:20am, 跑步5mile + 15mins stretch
中午和下午 snack各是一把 mixed nuts

先介绍下自己健康减肥的过程。俺文笔比较粗糙，就用流水帐了：
2005年底194磅（身高178），BF 27+%
2006年开始SBD Diet, 去gym，举重/慢跑/游泳，夏天的时候165，BF 12%，保持到2008
年初。
2007年奔3，参加了1次马拉松和2次三项赛。2次tri都是临时买辆几十刀的二手车就上
场了。
2008年认识了现在的lp，人生从此不一样了，2009年底的时候体重也慢慢长到了190.
2009年底报名参加2010年的Ironman Arizona, 买了辆1300刀的公路车。
2010年开始认真练习3项，11月完成了第一次ironman，时间是16小时37分。体重降回
170。
2011年初lp怀上了，人生从此又不一样了，2012年中的时候体重又慢慢长到了190.
2012年夏天开始恢复训练，11月完成第二次ironman，时间是13小时40分。完赛时体重
是175。
2013年初生病，工作忙，回国。。。4月底回美国时体重又慢慢长到了195。5月开始训

access right owned by account "ftp".Particularly, the ~ftp directory.
I am not sure what an cracker can do by exploiting this. Basically, they can
modify the files in you ftp directory and inject a trojan in some files. When
sbd else gets those files, bad things may happen.
I don't know how to disable SITE CHMOD. But you can simply change the owner of
the ftp home directory from "ftp" to "root". Also, you may want to keep two |

在演讲中，GeneSiC比较了该公司的SiC BJT与ABB公司耐压为6.5kV的Si IGBT的
开关损耗。在SiC BJT的集电极电流为8A、Si IGBT集电极电流为10A的条件下，二者的
开关损耗的比较结果为：导通时SiC BJT的损耗为4.2mJ，约为Si IGBT（80mJ）的1/19
