天下。你这个方法在在cloud或者data center里有意义。但还有很多的应用，不可能或
者是不现实用scale out的方法，而只能scale up。单机C10M就有其意义了。
不管对scale out还是scale up，HA本身都不是问题，scale up要HA，就上双机，
Active/standby，floating NIC/floating IP就是了；要zero down time，就Active/
Active好了。 |

就算你骂得对方哑了火，你会觉得高兴吗？你不觉得你的整个人在众人面前的形象变得
像个低俗的泼妇、与雅沾不上边了吗？“杭州师范的”可以说自己是马云，但他是不是
马云是别人说了算的。你骂得难听只能掉你自己的价。即便他真是马云也会有人说他算
不上马云，或者所有的马云都如何如何。
有十个华人的地方就有十派，这是非常令人遗憾的事。最终伤到的是包括你自己的所有
华人。我们的竞争对手是烙印也好，老白也罢，我们自己已经输了。
到了美国，我们起码应该学学美国本土的好的地方。互相多说声谢谢。觉得伤到了别人
说声对不起。发表意见前加一个“在下的拙见是（IMHO）”。谈不拢就“agree to
disagree”，说声再见。

在下对"latency"、"throughput"也有些体会。例如Pentium 4。它是靠提升运行频率来

我对股市的理解：股市基本上是一个multi-scale massive multi-player game。
这个游戏在任意时间scale上，都有很多人在玩。如果众多玩家中使用最优策略
的玩家数量超过一定的阈值，这个游戏的走向就会变得不可预测。
(Boosting理论：足够多的傻B玩家，这些傻B玩家如果每个人能比随机乱猜
好哪怕一星星点，足够多的傻B玩家合起来就能顶得上超级玩家。
所以玩的人多，钱就不好赚。)
想赚钱，就得找到一个使用最优策略玩家少的时间scale。一个办法就是利用
系统门槛，在极小的时间scale上玩high frequency trading。
如果你的scale比所有人小，那么这个scale上就只有你一个人玩，钱就
容易赚。 |

现在要用labview, 里面的daubechies wavelet transform 函数只输出一维的系数，输
入也没有办法指定scale. 我网上找了几个 daubechies 的c/c++ code, 也都是这个样
子, 不指定scale的. 看样子这种一维的变换才是大多数。我不太明白，小波变换本来
不就应该是两维的输出吗？

，感觉也没什么必要说，会大概说说面到的知识点，可能比较乱，大家将就着看。
基本情况：fresh cs phd, 找的都是SE的工作，为啥不找教职或者research lab这里就
不讨论了. FLGT(2 offers, 1家withdraw, 1家简历被刷), startups UPASD(2 offers,
2家电面挂，1家没申请)
pros：背景还不错，都是top school, GPA高。。(fresh貌似公司还是会稍微看看这个)
cons: 没有intern经验是硬伤，PhD期间，上完课后代码写得不多
package还没开始谈，initial offer都差不多200k+的样子，大公司hr明确表示等我都
面完了可以谈, startup都是late stage, 股票都是十万分之5-10, 感觉不好谈。LD目
前在一家大公司，说其实先去大公司几年也不错，比较稳定，貌似股票refresh也可能

如果是一个非常陌生的系统，可以和面试官交流一下重点的requirement，如果是熟悉
的系统，doesn't hurt to confirm with them.
所以其实这是考验功力的。
花上两三个小时，思考一下下面的问题，大致可以看出来where you are:
1.设计一个可scale的amazon
2.设计一个可scale的twitter
3.设计一个可scale的snapchat (or pubsub)
4.设计一个可scale的mongodb
5.设计一个可scale的cdn |

我觉得你的老师速度太快。我娃六岁直接开始private lesson，拉suzuki，开始一周一
首，半小时。七岁开始45min,一长一短两首曲子加scale，每次老师都是让孩子都拉会
了才过的，我知道有的孩子一个月才过一首，因为练习不够，我觉得练习不是为了拉更
多的曲子，而是技巧的提高，因此每首曲子都有练习的意义，如果重复练习很多一个难
度的曲子，没什么意义。
现在我们搬了家，找了一个非常好的老师，自己是音乐学院的教授，曾经从师世界级大
师。目前才上两堂课，她的课是这样的：她看了我娃拉了一下，说我娃finger力度不够
，给了finger练习。另外scale不是单纯练，是跳着练，又从长很多piece里剪出几个段
落来练，我觉得这几个段落风格都不同，但是和scale密切相关。个人觉得suzuki要花
俏很多，但是她给的段落我娃能拉，却老说难。不是很多符号难，觉得notes跳跃大，
音要求准，当然钢琴不存着这个音准问题。而且她要求孩子完全凭耳朵来练，手按下去
就是准的，要求也挺高的。姿势上她纠正了四点，我娃的很多毛病一下子就改过来了。

当然问题是，您老这提出了更高的要求，光代数还不行，得先懂抽象代数
