scam
然后我出门和他们说我账单找不到了，我回头给nstar打电话取消那个就好，谢谢你们
啊，你们好人，把他们轰走了
回头打电话问nstar, 那个just energy根本不是他们的供应商，敲门那家伙说谎
再打电话给当地警察局non emergency, 告诉他们此事，他们竟然回答我那帮人是有
permit的，city知道他们问居民要帐单看；
事实上，他们是另一家供电的公司，和nstar没有关系，就是想让人用他家的电，然后
可能高价宰一刀
总之大家长个心眼，有permit的推销员也未必是善茬

他的网站感觉是从别的地方直接拷贝过来的，而且还有病毒（我用的是Norton）。
第一次面谈，他会答应你的所有要求，目的只有一个，就是套你过去。
等你把retainer交了，就是另一副样子了，开始玩失踪，电话不接，email不回。
他的贪婪会超过你的想像，就是那种漫天要价的那种。

打电话预约的是今天早上10点半的面试。让我带10块钱和合法身份的卡。
地址在DOWNEY这个地方。昨晚跟朋友去踩点，来到了这个叫Civil Career Corps的
Building面前。
然后今天我就去了。 先交了10块钱说TEST。 然后考了我些数学题，英文拼写题和两道
很简单的尝试性问题。 我做完后感觉不怎么好。
交卷子后，那个门口接待的人给了我个有关CIVIL CAREER CORP关于政府HIRES的单子。
然后把我请进办公室说是INTERVIEW。 就问了我很简单的一个问题，为什么想要到政府
工作。我就说GOOD PAY AND GOOD BENIFITS。 然后就说要在政府部门上班需要参加专
门的考试。问我愿不愿接受三个星期的在家复习考试，然后在网站上报名考试。我说可
以啊，然后他们就给我推荐了本书，说是考试题都在上面。我就这样的付了395.00刀。
然后说三次考不过可以退钱。。
然后我就出去了。 一个跟我一起考试的越南仔考完之后打电话给我问我买书没有我说
买了。 他说他怀疑这是个SCAM。。
如果真是个SCAM我该找谁投诉啊~~~~ |

我去LA county sheriff department 报过警了。但LA警察基本懒得管这种事情，他说
这是CIVIL CASE，要我去法庭告他。这也正纵容了他长久以来钻法律空子，持续行骗。
美国其他地方的county sheriff接受scam的报警，甚至还会发scam alert，但LA警察

Well since NO ONE is going to state the truth about DANNYS TOWING then I

is the state, not DC. The first guy left a message, which was impossible to
understand.I missed the second call from local. A couple of days later, they
called me again and asked me whether I was XXX, I said "no, I am Tom." They
stop calling me.This happened after I ported my home phone to T-mobile
prepaid.

commission,然后网站上的hourly wage是说平均commission.
申请之前要小心,这种大写的广告还有以一定时间的工资为卖点的fund raising工作本
身可以说不算scam,但是不比传销好多少,都是跑死人也未必有收入. |

很不幸地的这几个广告都是来自jobsthatmatter.org,也就是都在做这种宣传.
和具体多少无关,scam也许算不上,但是绝对是在错误地散步"这是一份hourly paid工作

具体我也不好直接下判断,但是和他们的一个代表谈话的感觉来看,就是想我赶快去注册
面试....有点可疑.

generally stay as far away as possible from those schemes claiming
investment in the vehicle of insurance, such as infamous Variable Universal
Life (VUL) scam of WFG.
Such investment vehicles are never intended for people with regular income (
of most middle class). Selling them to regular people is totally a scam.

Pennsylvania and also here in California. Now you are posting it here.
The way this scam works is that they do a cheap work that will look good

complaints, and the fact you dont get paid per link posted, you get paid
per sale through your link. So there is no guarentee that you will make
money at all.
There is a 60 day grace period of asking for money back, from other sources
people who asked for money back have been chasing a lot some got paid but a
huge amount have not, but when you don't get sales they will say it usually

然后，我是到craiglist上发了找房广告。有几个房东联系我。这样是双方可以screen
的方式。现在上面很多出租房广告都是scam。为了避免scam，要确定房子的主人（网络
可查），要通电话，要照片，当天的。
然后找个朋友去看看房子，主要确定确有其房。当然，不能太挑剔，因为毕竟是请朋友
帮忙，如果太挑，朋友很难帮忙。由于飞过来看房实在耗费太多，所以没有亲自看。
现在这个房子还不错，前后有大yard，整个房子，前后院都在树荫下。跟房东挨着，她
的后花园和我们连着，有喷泉，鸟窝花草等。心理医生，收入应该不错，看她花钱基本
是不考虑，我们需要什么就直接买了了事。
过来住个短期房，也是可以考虑的。因为租个house,基本也是一天40-50块。 |

It is scam if car is not local and seller want to ship it to you.
So, ask for address so you can see and test drive the car first.

我去年在miami 就是贪便宜租了他家的~ （其实也没有便宜多少）
一切都不错~
直到我回到家3个月后~
他们莫名其妙charge 我credit card 两笔钱~ 加起来大概60吧~
我打电话去公司要求解释~ 永远接不通~ email也不回复~
放google 一搜~ 原来是他们惯用的scam
Florida 很多highway 都是要收费的~ 所以直接可以在租车公司买个pass~
因为我west coast这边freeway 都是免费的，所以我就根本没想过要问他们这些~ EZ
也并没有主动询问和提供~
拿到车上路后~ 我们也很小心~ 凡事看到收费站都会停下来交钱~
以为这样就平安无事了~
谁知道原来很多没有收费站的路也是要付钱的~
其实当时我们也是有看到牌子~ 但是却苦于没有可以付钱的收费站~
所以只好开过去~
后来才知道要提前买PASS的~
本来如果事情到这里结束，那我只能说自己倒霉~ 不可以说人家scam~
但是！ 原来真正ticket 的罚款只要很少（几块钱），前提是按时付
