lot of scammers there, and it is difficult to tell which offers are real
and which ones are just trying to get your credit information/money.
Considering your situation, I'd say go with an agent. Typically the fee
is one month's rent or 15% of the annual rent, but they can do the leg
work for you and it's much more secure. If you're going to be here for
more than a year, I'd definitely recommend finding an agent.

假装说要他们represent她卖房子。见面时候约卖房agent在高级餐厅吃饭，当然吃完是

牙医，买东西，从日常用品到lv包包，假装说没有带钱包叫agent先付钱。。。。就是
占便宜呗。听说已经这样做了二十年了。。。。

They cannot harass you after certain time.
Be sure to have all your documents ready (how much they ask for, when, what
you paid them, and when they started asking for the $100...)

#2. The more photos the better, so that you can judge the condition by
yourself. IMO, it's very subjective to judge between 8/10-9/10. So you'd
better see the condition of grommet, scratches and paint chips through the
