果他拒绝了还不说，还留neg，说这个是digital coupon code不是physical coupon，
还说我是scammer。描述里我说明得很清楚这是code，就是title里只说了coupon，没加
code这个字眼上去。
联系customer service，他们说electronic coupon code是不容许列上去卖的，说我违
规了，
所以他们不打算remove这个neg，擦
除了和病人联系revise这个neg之外，似乎没有其他办法了吧，实在不行也只能move on了
提醒其他在eBay上卖coupon的小心。另外，卖staples rewards的也属于违例了，大家
可以照此report。

贴出去，今天凌晨4点多就被一人以buy in now的价钱买走，没有任何一个bid. 看了看

看着这个buyer很象是骗子，我就不想卖给这个buyer了。我给ebay打电话，ebay说要
么我request cancel， 但是很有可能被deny, 然后我还会被charge final value fee
($50 左右) ，要么我就发invoice 给那个buyer, 他付钱，我发货。但是钱会被
paypal hold 21days.
后一种方案，那个buyer拿到手机后，随便file 一个什么claim, 我的钱就被他
claim回去了。我现在很想 不卖了。但也不想被ebay charge 那个final value fee (
我钱都没拿到，还要交fee?)。

发帖数: 2887 | 17 本以为Amazon比ebay好一点，现在数量也慢慢多了起来，这星期11个order就遇到3个来
信要discount，理由大部分为：box有damage，shipping太久，东西包得不好，里面东
西有指纹印或灰尘。
我一律卖brand new, factory sealed的东西，shipping也都double box，病人一下
order一定在24小时内把东西寄出，shipping时间也保证在estimated delivery，我自
己的经验，new item有指纹印或灰尘这种机率非常之少，大部分都是病人自己搞的，这
些人要求discount一开口就是10%-20%，拿A-Z或开case留Neg feedback要挟你一定要给
discount才行。
以前遇到这种病人都是给点credit算了，能省事就省事，现在除了DOA給return label
，其它一律不给，要return自己出运费，若不是产品本身的质量问题一律charge 15%-
20% restocking fee，不高兴要留negative feedback就留吧，老子也没在怕，不能惯
坏这种scammer。 |

制很多，每一个正常的小功能都要单独收费。这也就罢了，投了几个月adword广告之后
发现在google根本无法得到展示，bid的价格都是有效的，就是没有用，甭说点击率，
连展示都是个位数。用自己设定的关键词去搜，根本看不到。
昨天搜索ipage 的review，发现这家就是scammer。

果6月1日才收到亚麻的信。。。看了一下，偶的价格确实变成最低的了。Shipping
address是Hicksville, NY的E John St, Ship to名字是常见英文名+常见中文姓，
Google这个名字，出现大量搜索结果是一名大陆歌星。。。Linkedin搜索结果很少很少
，看着不像有关联的。Property research结果是户主为美国男姓的民宅，FedEx
address check说是commercial address, 其他相关research结果貌似是Home
business之类。版上Evil list里没有查到。让偶纠结的原因有几个：其一，前些天看
到有版上神医提到，被专业Evil连续搞了好多台电脑，两款之一就是偶的这款。而且比
偶列的价格低的原来有好几个list, 每个list都有1-2 台，现在全不见了。其二，
shipping地址貌似至少曾经有些商业活动。不排除西医或中医的可能。其三，ship to

有时候收到邮件东西会神奇的pop up。

张打印的条形码和4位数密码的e-gc， 感觉危险太大，要求退货。seller不同意就算了
。后来还问了他能不能买成gift card，他还给我详细解答了。广告上写着“Scammers
Will Be Pursued”，根据review， 有十个以上关于whole food gc的，看起来不是骗
子。我就大意了，前两天突然一看history，发现他最近吃了四五个negative feedback
， 都是说卡有问题的。急忙查了一下balance，发现一月底balance两次被在600多迈以
外的whole food redeem了。其实我两三个月内是可以花掉了。
现在联系seller他不理，之前inquiry的时候回的很快。估计是他认为我没办法。试图
在ebay上dispute，发现不行，建议我联系seller。PayPal可以在180天内claim，但是

protection不cover gift card，我说没有看到啊。最后在长长的legal里面看到确实不
cover gc。估计这才是这个骗子最近吃了四五个negative feedback有恃无恐，还能继
续卖东西的原因。我建议PayPal封掉他的账户，PayPal CSR说我们不看别的网站上的评
语。PayPal建议联系信用卡，于是打电话给citi才终于搞定了。
现在不清楚这笔钱是谁出，信用卡会不会charge到PayPal，Paypal再从seller账户里扣
钱？

复打扰要低价买，还说是赶时间要给老婆的礼物。

1/发现一个卖家虽然给了此人positive review,但却写了不要和此人做生意，此人是骗
子的留言。我和那个卖家联系，对方表示卖给此人一双新鞋，对方投诉是旧鞋要求
refund。我询问他们怎么解决的，对方只是回答没有退钱。其他信息没提。
2/此买家有3个reviews, ebay显示100% positive. 包括那个positive的但留言说买家
是骗子的
3/用对方提供的地址google,发现很多人在badbuyerlist, ebay forum里投诉此地址是
scammer的地址，但看post,似乎买的多是苹果手机。用的名字多是俄罗斯名字。但贴里

buyer disagree, your cannot get your ebay fee back and the buyer may give
you a negative. BTW: you may send the name, address, and phone $ to me, I

I personally have traded with many IDs here. The most dangerous one was
that I traded with a new ID (now this ID is dead because life point is
negative). This ID never logged onto MITBBS after the trade was discussed
and only replies emails once in 2-3 days. Once I thought I was cheated.
However, at last everything still turned out to be fine.
