基本原理，在醉钢琴的文字里得到很好的体现。
首先她写的东西，内容统一于一个很鲜明的主题，但是又通过多个角色的diversity
来体现varity (unity and varity)。其次她的rythm和balance也把握得很好。
小说写出了诗歌的rythm，事件变换穿插得有条有理，不同人物的着墨也balance
得恰到好处。
这里想特别指出的是她的repetition。象
“salvage，拯救。Salvage，拯救。 Scattered，散落的。Scattered，散落的。
Shatter，击碎。Shatter，击碎。 Sketchy，简略的。 Sketchy，简略的……”和
“Tyro，新手。Tyro，新手。 Uproar，喧哗。Upoar，喧哗。 Vanity，虚荣。 Vanity，
虚荣。 Vigilance，警觉。 Vigilance，警觉……”这样的repetition，在醉钢琴的
作品里随处可见，有力又不拖塌。其实repetition按照范围分，有micro和macro之分，

传的短篇，还有自己写的“创作感想”。看到TRENDS那一篇，居然发现他在1938年（当
时他还在读大学）成功预测成两件事：1）1940年第二次世界大战，2）1970年，人类登
月。
两件事都只差1年而已！
我一直觉得那个SF黄金时期的创作高峰,后来者很难翻越……

colloid到gel/glass的transition是soft condensed matter研究的重要对象之一，很多
采用了动态光散射技术。
DLS=dynamic light scattering?这个我接触过一些，我的实验在物理系的DLS lab做，去
ISI web of science搜搜，很多相关文章的。Berne写过一本经典的书：

If that's what you want, you can try this in EXCEL:
Highlight the X, Y1 and Y2 from the data,

做subsurface scattering最好的是UCSD的Henrik Wann Jensen。他因为此得了
2004年Academy Award (Oscar)。即便是他模拟的人皮肤都不够真实：
更别说skin shader里面的了，因为要追求速度，比Henrik Wann Jensen的又不知
差了多少倍。
你说的眼睛模拟很多地方够用，那是因为不zoom in，离的较远的缘故，很少面部特写。
而且artist花很多时间弄facial expression。但仔细看，不管一个character是
高兴，悲伤，还是沉思，甚至在不同的光照下，瞳仁都是一样的，只有面部表情变。

分配。IP fragment 就是用buffer的其中一部分，对网卡就是改
buffer地址和长度，没有什么难度。要把几个用户的send buffer
合并到一个 ip 包里面，依然可以用网卡驱动直接完成。现在网卡
有 scatter/gather list, 你可以把几个不同的buffer直接告诉网卡
用一个包发出去。只有特别老的网卡不支持 scatter/gather list.
我记得以前特别著名的 NE2000 就是那样，现在应该没有那种网卡

先说说correlation。Correlation是用来检测两组continous的数据间有没有
association（另一种方法前文已提到，回顾一下）。比如年龄和脂肪含量，胳膊长和
腿长，它们之间有相关性，但没有明确的causality关系。难道说年龄是导致脂肪含量
增高的根本原因？我看缺乏锻炼吃得太多才更是原因。
测量相关性用的一个系数叫做correlation coefficient。标准的计算方法经常归功于
Pearson，所以很常见Pearson's r的提法。其范围介于-1到1间。正值为正相关，负值
为负相关，而接近于0的话则相关性不显著。通常将两组数据用scatter plot画出来能
看出端倪， 数据间的分布可能有一个underlying linear trend，而Pearson's r就是
一个测量scattered的数据 |

在的所谓大牛跟他们比起来还是要弱很多，比如王淦昌的那篇Nature好像是诺贝尔奖level的发
现。。。。我觉得这里面应该有从来没发过CNS的。不过，中国未来的希望就靠你了。。。
