在schedule E中，需要报出租房屋的loss，这样在line 21就有要不要附加表6198的问
题。
schedule E instruction上说如果not at risk，就必须要附加表6198。我想请教下，
对于我的情况，是rental income，资产就是real property，获得的途径就是mortgage
from a bank，这样我的理解就是这个情况算是"at risk"?

把这部分收入加入1040。考古发现两个说法：
1. 直接把我的收入和lp的收入加在 1040 line 7.
问题：不需要附加的说明吗？看1040说明如果是scholarship 没有w-2, 需需要加‘
SCH"。国内收入没有w-2, 加什么说明？
还有个可能的地方：line 21. other income.但好像没人提。
2. 另一个考古发现是用schedule C.
问题：看说明： “Use Schedule C (Form 1040) to report income or (loss)
from a business you operated or a profession you practiced as a sole
proprietor.”
这句话看得比较糊涂。国内收入适用吗？
再问一下：写给lp一张过万的美国银行支票，国内中行转存的。这需要申报吗？如果需
要，如何申报？这个银行账户我们打算申报的。

2015 CA tax due : $557
SO, total is $1818,
BUT 软件填写了$1913,
请问为什么我比软件少$ 95? (我在2016 还有$125 Arizona refund, 有影响吗？） |

fp date is the actual date you have fp done. if you walk-in, fp date will be
before scheduled date; if not, they should be the same date.

information。新网站也再也没更新过。今天打了电话去查状态，才发现原来转了nbc一
周的时候就变成case was ready to schedule an interview了。这是不是说明
background check已经完成了啊？
可是一个月了我们并没有收到任何纸质notice啊？notice上会写啥？
从这个状态到interview scheduled大概还要多久？身处中西部大农村也不知道是会快
些还是慢些。
希望得到解答，感谢！

发帖数: 45 | 20 2/29 收到FP NOTICE， schedule 也是2/29，也不知道这信是怎么寄到。 实在是不想
reschedule, 所幸试着今天walk-in FP， 结果窗口的工作人员看都不看就给打了指纹
，大概10分钟搞定。所以我觉得地点和时间都不按scheduled 的话也不用太担心，就直
接去离自己最近的ASC去试试，有很大的成功机会。当然也许大城市的有些例外。祝大
家都好运。
另，我的EAD好像还没有批。RD 是1/10，不知道有没有和我同病相怜的。 |

做背景调查
去了两次infopass 查到我的case八月十五号被打去重新调查 九月二十六号做完变回真
正的ready to be scheduled for an interview状态 十月三号挪动一次 这个挪动据
infopass的人解释是所有做完调查准备进行面试的case放在一起 他们叫ready shelf
这样的shelf有几个 就像传送带一样 case从一个shelf挪到下一个时要scan一下 系统
里会留下记录 传送带的末端就是field office了
请问时间和我差不多的朋友 你们的case ready后大概等了多久面试才定下来？谢谢 |

去年一月到七月在麻省上学，8月搬到外州。在麻省的七个月学校付的insurance，收到
的MA 1099-HC的表上也是只有七个月的minimum creditable coverage （MCC)，按照这
个Schedule HC 表格的填法因为我8月到12月没有这个MCC，得付没有insurance的罚款
，但是我后面几个月不属于麻省的resident。我仔细看了instruction似乎也没提到这
种情况
请问有没有人了解应该怎么办

deduction listed below。也就是说我如果federal itemized deduction 是0，这里应
该写个standard deduction 3670. 到底要不要写？ |

礼拜一的。 pleasanton考场约只能约到7月底。 dmv据说傍晚5点可以约到未来几天的.

I never denied the probability is not zero (which translates into your
guarantee), just saying it's very very very small. Saints not only need to
overcome your own tough schedule, you also need Seattle to undercome their
soft schedule, and to erase a potential 3 game deficit. That's much much
more than what NE did in 2010.
I say excluding the head to head game, SEA to lose 3 more games than NO is
less than 10%, do anyone not agree? |

...LSU's future schedules on their offical site.
They are schedule to play 11 games each in 2004, 2005 and 2006. There is one
game TBD at the beginning of 2004. Each year they play at least 7 home games.
The very few away games are confrence. As you mentioned in your previous post,
they hardly play an OOC BCS school. I believe their toughest OOC game is
against ASU and Zona and they are at lsu.
