小弟想问一下像图书的Q2在cadence schematic里面应该如何去接？
用的是nwell的CMOS技术。
Q1由于b,c是接在一起的，容易实现。
Q2的b,c连接到不同的地方，这样的接法在layout里面可以直接实现，但在schematic里
面该怎么接我就没主意了，Q2的c跟pmos4的哪个端口都不对应，如果不接c的话，我试
了一下所有电流都从基极流走了，这样Q2的电流放大系数就成了0了，电路起不到作用。
请牛牛们指点，

I assume it is our fault to get zero reply. Maybe the question was not very
clear. I am providing more details in this post and hope you guys can make
some comments and continue the thread.
What we are trying to do is to convert our custom digital schematic into a
layout. The digital schematic is made of standard digital gates only. At the
moment, my colleague and I had difficulty getting a layout matched to our
schematic. |

the schematic doesn't work because it doesn't make any sense. when Vb goes
low, Q4/Q5 are turned on. That will short Vdd through Q1/Q2's be junctions.

to ground by Q1, regardless of what Q2 does.
the schematic does NOT work and nobody can make it work because nobody knows
what / how you WANT it to work.

HDL code。

问题是这样的 schematic里边有三个pin 然后画好layout 加上pin （create pin ）和
label 然后lvs老是出错 错误是 schematic的 ports的数目和layout里边的不一致 具
体说来就是schematic里边有三个pin 而layout里边没有 或者说calibre没有找到 但是
我明明在layout里边加了三个pin啊 ？？？
PS 我把schematic里边的三个pin删掉 在layout里边也不加pin lvs就通过了
今天折腾了一天 都没有解决这个问题 |

I'd like to make a few comments:
1. is MP0 a JFET? If so, the device symbol you drew is incorrect.
2. Almost all band gap start up ckt can be properly simulated. That is, you
shall be able to predict if the ckt could latch up to off-condition. Keep in
mind start up problem is essentially a DC operating point problem, not a
transient issue.I guess you either use transient sim or power supply DC

发现layout以后提取的网表怎么也不起振
我把extraction的设置设成只提取电路元件不提寄生RC
然后手动把寄生二极管删了也跑不起来
因为layout后出现几千个transistor并联
手动查很麻烦, 不过LVS是正常的
这样extracted netlist应该和schematic一样吧, 因为没有任何寄生元件
是不是并联的transistor和在schematic里面设置成finger有很大差别?
从schematic的仿真来看tuning range蛮大的
不知道这些变化是不是有问题?
实在想不明白, 请高手指教

打开av_extracted view会发现自动cross-probe了，
cross-probe指的是把原来schematic和extract 以后的R, C, L, fet的schematic中的
对应节点关联起来。
但是如果是用的calibre的PEX extract生成calibre view的话，
打开calibre v_view会发现是一个新的R, C, L, fet schematic,
如何也实现cross-probe呢？

schematic, 如果你连schematic都看不懂，就没必要多谈了。
我喜欢和对方聊他／她做过的项目。在谈他／她做过的东西时，主要看三方面，重要程
度1<2<3
1). basic skill and knowledge, 比如hardware interrupt latency 是在那个数量级
？polling/interrupt的区别，etc.
2). problem solving：如何入手解决问题？碰到过什么硬骨头？
3). big picture. 项目是如何设计的？什么结构？
面试中最糟的不是答不出，而是回避问题。后者会让我怀疑你resume的真实性。很令人
吃惊的是，很多人讲不清楚自
己resume上的东西. |
