2，911以后，NSA整了一套监听电话和email的系统，理论上只能
用于监听国际和非米国人的通话，但实际上米国人连同拉链男
也被监听了。
3，比官方滥用更恐怖的是非官方滥用。这类系统很容易被侵入。
2005-2006期间希腊政府被窃听了100多个电话，至今不知道是哪个
鬼搞的。
4，近年以来，网络审查和窃听愈演愈烈，不仅在专制国家，而且
在自由国家也如此。这类系统使网络变得不安全，可能被用来窃取
银行账号和信用卡信息，以及发起大规模网络攻击。

Xiaoyun Wang刚中了Europt2005 两篇paper,(其中还有一片best paper, 据说定了),
现在又有这样一个重大的突破（估计录用也是没有问题了，如果技术没问题的话，best

* collisions in the the full SHA-1 in 2**69 hash operations, much less
than the brute-force attack of 2**80 operations based on the hash
