本人新手上路，刚拿到J2，才发现J2有很多问题，请各位前辈指教啊！急！！
问题1、J2在美能换身份么？（change of status）我看到这样的一个网页，认为可以换

但是跟在美的师兄师姐朋友打听了一大圈，都说必须要J1先豁免了J2才能换身份，scho
ol office一般都不受理没有豁免的J的换身份事宜，但是我根据上述那个网址查了查，
确实存在明确的法律条文认为J1、J2之间的转换可以不受212（E）的限制啊，各位的看
法呢？各位有没有碰到过在美的J1不用豁免而J2就可以换身份的啊？
问题2、J2如果确实不能在美换身份，那么在找到工作后据说可以到墨西哥或者加拿大重
新出境、入境，然后获得一个新的J1签证。请问这样 |

发帖数: 91 | 22 1. 没有第一作者去好的高校肯定是不大行，但是去中上得肯定有优势，如果是top5的
话；关键你毕业了也还是没有一作，我觉得这个有点问题；
2.要看你毕业后得成果如何，如果都是好成果，那么假设不成立；
3.年薪要根据学校得，我觉得第一年除了合同工资其他能指望的不多。像外经贸你这个
方向我觉得所有加在一起，第二年起50万左右。国内你要出去上课、做横向那就更多。
至于人际关系，就怕你和别人差不多或优势不明显，不然影响不到你，现在越来越透明。
但我不建议你回去，你在teaching school而不是做科研说明抗压能力没
那么强，现在国内也是要看科研成果的，科研压力很大，没有成果20万一年都不好说，
基本还是靠科研经费。另外国内杂事比较多，填表什么得，我知道teaching scho
ol特别自由、无拘无束，如果我是你，不会回去得，我说的比较直接，请不要
建外。说的不正确得，请包涵啊。

房子情况：2200sqft, 全木地板 3个卧室，2个卫生间（其实地下室-1500sqft 还有2个
卧室和一个厕所， 但我觉得日光不是那么好， 短期住可以， 不建议常住地下室），
还有一个sunny room, 两面全玻璃， 地上全地砖。 白人主导的小区， 非常安全。
周边环境：
从房子上78和29非常方便（石头山公园，提前一个入口）， 去GSU， downtown,
decatur, Emory, CDC 都很方便。另外78 比85/75/285的交通都要好很多， 因为它是
一条比较短的高速， 比较少的货车，多数是去城里上班的。也可去 从jimmy carter
blvd 上85
9 miles to 大中华
6 miles to Stone Mountain park
我们经常带着孩子去爬山
1 mile to lions club park and greenway trail

doublt about this.
Bryn Mawr College, Haverford College and Swarthmore College
are five star schools for their undergraduate program, you

catagory of liberal art. Also Bryn Mawr has excellent grad.

Mt Lebanon is a walking community, there is a cross guard at each
intersection, so no need for school bus.
If the kid is going to high school and your family plan to purchase a house,
then should consider Upper St Clair too, compare to Mt lebanon, it is a
newer community, compare to north allegheny, their radon level is not so
scare.
If LZ really wants the best, then it must be a private school, most likely a
catholic scho |
