从potential上讲，这一界可能不如前两界狂选高中生和underclass man的时候。
但从对队伍有immediate 或者迅速的贡献的话，这一界绝对是这几年
最好的。JW/Dunleave/Butler/Gooden加上一堆Foreign player都是
有相当经验且比较成熟的，这样的球员一般都能很快的适应到NBA之中。
前几年draft这样球员的队都受益非浅（相比那些draft potential
high schooler的）. 所以现在大家都来抢这样的。
至于dunleavy本身，偶同意很多so-called expert的意见，就是说他
是这两年college players里面最smooth的一个，打球也聪明。别看他
在duke老被battier/JW甚至boozer压着，但这常看他打球的都知道他
对比赛的作用可能比他们更大。他也许永远成为不了larry Bird或者
很一般的super star, 但他绝对会是任何NBA team都希望有的一个regular
starting SF. |

recovery run: 0.1 point/min
easy run: 0.2-0.3 point/min
marathon pace: 0.4-0.5 point/min
tempo: 0.6-0.7 point/min

然后把每周的点数加起来，high schooler一般是100p/wk, collegian一般是150p/wk，
elite一般是200p/wk。
我大致估算了一下AM 85mpw plan，以我的速度，平均大概是150p/wk，peak 174p/wk。
3:00 marathoner跑一个all-out马拉松的点数有180x0.492=89p，
4:00 marathoner跑一个all-out马拉松的点数有240x0.417=100p，

是不是也算呢？
特别是在比赛中，有时候你自己没有把握，就不会select low percentage
shot了，对吧？
上周对一个5.0的，双打，他接我发球，我那天二发感觉比较好，就一发二发都用二发，
第一个二发用力些打角度一些，他估计是轻敌了，呵呵，有一个球居然够了一下打到拍
子杆上飞了，然后大赞我的发球，估计是给他自己找点面子。
不过他一般不kill我的发球，就算能他也不kill，再说和他一头的是他原来的学生，
差不多也是强3.5到4.0的high schooler，我们这边就我和另外一个刚刚上4.0的
女的，他不好意思kill。
我比较保守地认为，你如果想拍我的2发，成功率不会到40%. |

今年刚回来depressed了快一个月，是逼着自己去打球的，要不更depress。
其实最近刚刚开始打得多些，而且是主动地打得多些。
而且每次除了周六，都是2个小时左右，和pro们没法比啊，和那些high schooler
都没法比。
不过实话实说，的确比除了加州其他地方的兄弟姐妹条件好。 |

打topspin的都是20几岁以下的年轻娃娃，人家不屑于和我们打usta。
4.5的只有一个可能刚20出头的在打topspin，不过我基本几拍就被对方overpower了。
另外一个年轻的（24，5），也不怎么打topspin，但是她defensive，控球和finish都
非常好。
我个别技术的确有4.0，和教练学的，做到教练教的就行了呗，
不过要put all into my game那才行啊。 |
