发帖数: 1594 | 12 大的零售店里都有种绿色的scotch pad. 有的是薄薄的绿色的小垫子。有的还有黄色海
绵的。都可以。把灶台先加热15秒，然后就用普通的清积剂就好了，用力刮擦，很快就
干净了。如果实在比较厚，有种加强scratch的scotch pad.刮擦的力量强一些。
反正我的灶台就是每周弄一次，就很干净了。如果养成习惯，每次炉子用过以后，等冷
却一些直接擦一下，10秒钟，都不用每周清洗。 |

管用，大家不妨一试：
1.买一盒单面刀片，Razor blade，轰地炮和Lowe's都有，两三块钱可以买100个（50个
？），每个用一两次没问题。
2.要是讲究一点儿，可以顺便从轰地炮和Lowe's买个卡这个刀片的那玩意儿，问店里小
二即可，大概三四块钱，可以保护手，还省劲儿。
3.拿这个刀片平着铲玻璃炉子面，稍微用一点儿劲，大功告成矣！
4.再讲究一点儿，买一瓶“Glass Cook Top Cleaner”，用那种蓝颜色的Scotch-Brite
Sponge Non-scratch 蘸着擦，几分钟以后就焕然一新了！
注意：
1. 千万别用那个铁丝球，那玩意儿要不把玻璃干掉才奇了怪了；
2. 千万别用黄/绿颜色的那种洗碗的Scotch-Brite,那东西相当硬，用的多了可以把玻
璃干掉。
3. 去污粉没用过，不知道。 |

星期的学，目前还挺喜欢的。家里有老人年底过来，现在考虑要不要下学期不上
afterschool，等老人来了再看吧。只怕老人搞不定孩子，孩子精力无处使，晚上更闹
腾。现在基本上是上了床十分钟之内就能睡着。
2.3. 昨天晚上，我家K娃和妹妹晚上5点半到家，爸爸做饭的时候自己玩儿。妈妈六点
到家，全家一起吃饭。六点半左右妈妈收拾碗筷，孩子们自己玩儿一会儿，爸爸后院割
草。妈妈收拾完毕，和孩子们前院拿信，扔球，骑车，玩儿hop scotch。孩子bu愿意在
hop scotch上写数字，妈妈要求孩子们等会儿吃完水果，每人把1－10写五遍。七点半
回家吃水果，吃水果的时候看了几张sight words的flash card。吃完写字，我家老大
数字和字母经常性倒着写，我发现还是得多练习。每次时间不长，十分钟就够了。这个
时候七点五十，开始洗澡，刷牙。8点十五俩娃都准备好了，一人一本书讲故事。八点
半熄灯上床，九点之前都呼着了，关房门。爸爸妈妈自由活动。

我最喜欢的whiskey是 Lagavulin 和 Oban。这两个都是 single malt，口味很好，
Costco也经常有卖，不过国内对这些酒还是不感冒。国内都是一阵风的流行。
据我了解国内现在还是很流行 Chivas 和 人头马的。送礼的话，Chivas最起码要18年

便也跟著輾轉凄惻起來。
愛丁堡堪稱蘇格蘭的縮影。它不僅僅是如今蘇格蘭文化的縮影，也是一千多年來蘇
