You can get a cheaper one from amazon.
The skis have been used for years so they are not flawless, but there is no
major dent or big scrach on it. Condition is ok. It's good for beginner
because you don't need to worry about scraching/damaging a set of new skis
and it's much cheaper than renting a season. When you level up your skills,
you can get rid of it next year. |

样的笔，找一个不起眼的地方试试。如果好用的话，就小心把划痕全都涂上，这个风险

油漆。他们application book中
jet black推荐用universal black，不知道是否匹配？

不仔细看看不出来，车顶上还有六七道划痕，估计是被树枝划伤的，长的十几厘米，短
的五六厘米，其中有3条划痕比较深，能隐约看到车漆下的金属部分。
今天去保险公司指定的Bodyshop做了inspection，给的报价是2800多，我的保险
deductible是500，也就是说保险公司要付2300多。
请问这种情况是否应该报保险。这样的claim会在车的记录上怎么写？是会记录为hail
damage吗？将来卖车买家查VIN看到这样的claim记录是否能看得到这次只是cosmetic？
如果不修，这样的scrach对车的价值影响大不大？（车是一年多车龄，比较新，大概现
在KBB报价是3万多）

我没有报保险公司，对方打了自己的保险公司。
几天后对方保险公司找我，听了我的陈述：“我直行，对方倒车，两车碰撞”，说他们
负责赔偿——是Geico。我车子开到他们的service center做车损，其实根本一点损伤
也没有，他们趴在地上用放大镜总算找到我车子碰撞处有个肉眼看不大出的scrach，说
因为保险杠的材质，无法喷漆无法修，所以决定换一根。最后给我230刀支票走人。
lz给30，省了保险公司一个claim，已经很划算了。对方估计不懂。。 |

fist owner 2009 Civic LX Sedan, 50600 miles, 基本都是高速.从来没有accident.
右前有一点儿scrach，没有dent. condition我觉得的应该够的上good了.车在NJ
但是买了8年120000mil的factory extended warranty,据说可以transfer.这个应该值
个800-900左右.
KBB车报价good condition 12,000.

I was just shocked by my own BMW dealer. For this type damage, they have to
blend and paint the whole door. It also includes the labor to take off the
door. If this is a leased car, you should fix it perfectly. If you own it,
go to other body shop to get a better price. I have scraches, like those
deep ones, on the penal around the weel. Dealer priced over $2500.
What's more rediculous is I bought "StayNu" warranty from dealer and the

到这里，可以看出你是被一辆从右向左行驶的车挂到了。但是，

事情还原：
两年前在一个路中人行道停下时，车子轻轻贴到了前面的车，随后下车检查，划痕都看
不到。开到边上停车场，叫了警察，警察说让我们回去洗洗车不就完事了。
昨天接到保险公司电话，说对方说有injury，但是保险公司说会dismiss,因为我当时
report 过这个小车祸给他们，只有minor minor scrach。但提醒我说对方可能会告我
，让我接到法院通知马上告诉保险公司。
我的问题是：
1. 事隔2两年，对方是否还有权限告我？如果他现在不告我，10年后需要换个器官什么
的需要钱的时候是否仍然可以继续讹诈我？这类情况有没有一个法定的上诉期限？
2.我的保额只有15000，如果他确定讹告我，我可否转移财产到老婆名下？老婆是车主

There are many cosmetic blemishes due to street parking. Scraches on bumper

我说的只是针对去大公司的。在大公司当螺丝钉只需要知道自己project用的framework
就能上手。只要看内部的code base就能迅速ramp up。而且很多大公司用的都是自己的
framework，你从一个公司跳到另一个公司都得重新学，熟练工都能迅速上手。
