发帖数: 1538 | 14 我有一份2010年的scramble名单，从中其实也可以看出哪些项目不容易招满人。当然，
有些项目找人少，纯属误伤上了scramble，比如boston的ortho居然都有一个空位。但
是另外一些就有可能是招不到人，所以scramble。比如纽约那个Lenox Hill Hospital
，26个IM只招到22个，我觉得你要是申请，不妨把这种也考虑进去。毕竟纽约那个找人
多，IMG有很大机会。
公布名单好像是违反nrme规定的，我还是只贴一部分好了，有事我就赶快删

within one node. Keep reducing until not able to reduce anymore or string
length is 1 (successful)

走过一片marsh land, 再爬升一段碎石路，就看到了秀美的Timberline Falls，待会我

我顺水推舟，也来一篇关于中文灯谜，给同好们看着玩。
中文灯谜的手法，基本上有两种：析字，会意。
析字是指对汉字进行拆解、重组、增删等，得到新的字词。
会意是指针对字词的原本意思，加以变化，得出另外的意思。
不论是析字，还是会意，都离不开语带双关的解释，也就是“别解”
(这是灯谜的专用术语，即“另外一种解释”)，所谓无别解不成谜。
大蓝帖子里举的英文例子，无论是 Pictionary 还是 Anagram
或者 Palindrome ，都是对英文字母的重新组合，基本上类似
灯谜的析字法。其中也都离不开“别解”：
scrambled eggs: scramble 原本指“翻来覆去地炒”，别解为“弄乱”。
back pack: back 原本指“后背”，别解为“从后往前”。
split second timing: second 原本指“秒”，别解为“第二个”。

们两个scramble。打了两场一赢一输，他们scramble的advantage太大了，因为可以

MM都是我喜欢的，所以最近常来看看这里。
现在怎么下决心了？一个是想健康，不得不改改饮食习惯。我发现，越吃糖和淀粉，越
容易很快就饿，还饿得发慌发虚。不吃那些，反不那么容易饿。我怕我这么吃下去，很
快就糖尿病了（没准已经得了）,心脏病也不远了。
二是外型。 我一直觉得胖点无所谓，反正LG不说嫌。但到了这个岁数，真是逆水行舟
，我想维持现状都不行，比起４年前，长了３０磅。怀孕都没出妊娠纹，现在倒有了。
收腰的连衣裙，常常大号的都穿不进去。
契机是刚订了８月底度假的票，想想会拍照，还会见多年不见的朋友，就决心减了。其
实也就是想现在开始减，也许近三个月能看出点效果。不然，我去年回国，见得人更多
，怎么也没为了面子去减。

发帖数: 379 | 31 周末一起爬Shuksan的九个人里，Vineeth、Sean和我都是去年同一个周末被从Shuksan
的trailhead一路浇到high camp，再一路浇回来的难友，不过今年这个周末的天气预报
看起来不错。星期六踩着八点钟ranger station开门的点去领permit，还有一个4个日
本人的队伍和我们差不多时候到。现在Shuksan的permit有限制了，一次只发6个group
，还是所有线路合在一起算的，这个周末的所有permit都已经被预订了，不过有两个的
还没来取，ranger让我们等等，说打电话帮我们问问。等了有半个多小时吧，都在商量
改走Baker的Boulder了，ranger告知那两个group都出了点问题来不了了，于是我们和
那个日本人的队伍一队领了一个permit，皆大欢喜。
大概十点半从trailhead出发的。很小的parking lot，车子都停满了，别看地方很偏，
还真有ranger专门来检查parking permit的... 四面全是云啊，低低的包围着，什么都
看不到，又让我们联想起去年的悲惨经历，NOAA真是越来越不乖了:-( 一开始1.5

发帖数: 379 | 32 星期天的Ingalls本来是别的mentor group的private climb，刚好多出来一个位置，我
运气好，加了个塞，呵呵。天气预报一直很不乐观，星期天是20%的降雨概率，但之前
之后几天都有降水，Josh说如果星期天的预报再多10%的概率，他就取消了，但是没有
；于是星期六的傍晚，我们按计划出发。一路大雨滂沱，离开I-90之后只有很短的一段
路云开了，能看得到水洗过的淡淡的天空；Ingalls的trail head附近天又阴沉了下来
。我们只能寄希望于明天那片没有云的区域能飘到我们头顶。晚上在停车场边上camp的
，半夜的时候下过几阵很短的急雨，打在我的帐篷上稀里哗啦的响。星期天早上5点一
刻起床，收拾东西吃饭，在停车场分东西。我和Tristan一组，他管绳子，我管rack。
好重的一大串铁块啊，我是这个摸摸那个碰碰、哪个也舍不得留下啊。最后Josh帮我挑
了一下，留下了一些最小的和中间偏大的nuts，剩下的也还是挺沉的。其实最后我和
Tristan整条线最后只用了Cam，C3的#2，C4从.3到3，double了.5到2的4个。以后有经

不容易，到了，lake of glass，对面的山是continental divide一部分
湖水真清澈阿，看到许多trout，自由自在的游。不过好象是一种稀有品种，所以
fishing的话，只能catch and release。

有这样几个问题：
1）scramble返回类型是String，调用程序是viod方式。
2） scramble是成员函数，没建立对象不能直接调用。
3）调用scramble之后因为没有变量接受这个值，main函数中的String在内存中没变化

发帖数: 40 | 36 千万不要放弃，哪怕只有一丝希望！去年有位版友，三月份Unmatched，Scramble
failed, 但在六月底得到Florida 某个program 的offer (someone dropped off due
to VISA or other reason).
作为一个小专业毕业生，我2007年ECFMG报名被拒。和一大批小专业同学们，和ECFMG申
诉，2009年7月终于申诉成功。两年就这么一晃过去了。当初也想过放弃，但最后还是
咬咬牙坚持下来了。今年Matched。所以只要你不放弃，幸运就可能在最后一刻降临在
你头上。
你今天可以痛哭，但把眼泪擦干后，该干什么干什么。Scramble 不行，还有post-
scramble 的机会，不停写信跟PD 套瓷，找一切可想到的connection，作OB。

关于SOAP, 我当初是报着"不放过任何一个机会"的想法, 研究了一段时间, 做了很多准
备, 并且参考分析了NRMP前几年Scramble的数据, 同时在等待Match期间, 把我能想到
但又不得其解的问题都找到了官方的正式解释. 目前SOAP正在运行, 谈谈个人的看法,
如果能有帮助就非常高兴了:
1. SOAP优于以前的Scramble, 对IMG而言, SOAP将提供比以前的Scramble更多的机会,
千万不要认为SOAP没用, 对SOAP的信心和切实行动能战胜一切.
2. SOAP是严格按照NRMP提供的规则和时间表进行运行, 对其规则和时间表最好非常清
