有它相对适用的范围，或者场景。比如，OO vs FP，RDBMS vs BigDataDB，Waterfall
vs Agile，都是如此。
对于一个公司而言，理想的状况是选用一种适合自己的方法（语言，数据库，SDLC）为
主，在需要的地方辅以其他方法，这样才能达到既便于维护，又优化实现的目的。当然
现实当中有的公司连主导方法都不清晰，公司高管也经常拍脑袋决定，加上开发历史，
收购其他公司等因素，整个系统通常都是比较混乱的。明智的公司会不断朝着前面所说
理想状态改良。对于一些比较复杂的系统，其整个架构是分布式的，试图统一方法的做

择了，所以职业规划上想请大家指点一下。
一个offer是一个major bank的IT solution部门，团队人比较多，Java/.Net/android/
iOS，做银行内部系统，manager貌似蛮支持我的，还说要分配两个junior developer给
我带。感觉银行比较稳定，技术上也比较好忽悠，我没有本地工作经验，上来title就
是Advisory Programmer Analyst了。
另一个offer是美国的Infor，我了解了一下Infor也是一家在enterprise software方面
比较leading的大公司，我这个团队比较小，基本都是Engineer，做Human Capital
Management方面的开发。
我其实从来就没有在IT行业中工作过，也没有参与过任何软件的开发，我都是自学再加
上面试时候的包装，所以我不太确定今后应该向哪个方向发展。我觉得如果在银行，今

不管java，c#都要build然后deploy,
现在连node.js都用上build了。
简单的说，
首先，你用vs在本机fix bug。。如用上TDD，mstest就能把大部分bug搞定，
然后你checkin TFS 或其他的source control， 然后continue Integration自动build
与deploy到服务器上。
服务器应该有dev,qa,uat ，Prod等，
你上QA后，所以测试由专门QAtester来完成。每个bug会记录在系统发给你修改。
