此文看的时候需要自己做些功课，如果连几大旅馆位置都不懂的话，看完了也不知道我
说的景观在什么地方。我主要说些概述的东西，不是在写游记，没有兴趣列个什么时间
到什么地方的清单，既然出来玩了，就是要放松的，不用搞得跟赶场一样。另外每个
hotel有时候有package deal,找找看，应该还比较合算。如果自己出行的话，可以考虑
换一两个hotel,这样能把大部分景观看全。下面从住、行、食、玩等几方面大致提一下。
1.住，几大旅馆位置，及几个有特点的hotel
赌场大道上面有几家Hotel是很有特色的，基本上属于初次去Vegas必逛的几个地方，一
是Wynn/Encore，装修上有很重的亚洲风格，大红为主调，Wynn里面有一个水幕，晚上
整点的时候有激光光影表演，和Wynn相连的Encore没什么可观赏性的节目，有一段走道
上有一些奢侈品商店，可以逛逛。Wynn往南就是Palazzo/Venetian了，Venetian的二楼
有一条室内地上河，穿行于Venetian中，风格完全按威尼斯来布置，小河中有刚多拉，

正大广场了。
周五晚上，说说VA这边最喜欢的饭店吧。

上午去了Rumbo Sur公司的Beagel Channel tour, 从hotel book的。Ushuaia很多travel
agencies, 各种各样的tour，几个经典的似乎大同小异。个人感觉Beagle Channel tour作为
Ushuaia的第一个tour很合适，half-day, 带着你sail on the Beagle Channel, 船上导
游介绍Ushuaia的历史和各种八卦. 沿途经过一些Ushuaia重要建筑, 饱览雪山海景，造访那个春
光乍泄里张震去的灯塔，seal's island, 和birds island.
我们的船驾驶舱:
作为世界最南端的城市，Ushuaia跟南极半岛距离1000米，据说现在94%去南极的船都从这里出发。

有所帮助。
此次旅行以Pittsburgh作为起点和终点，途径华盛顿，巴尔的摩，费城等大城市，也去流水别墅，长木花园和阿米西人村落等乡间景点。
Day 1, 04/01/2011, Fraiday: Pittsburgh -> Falling Water -> Meadowlark Botanical Gardens
Falling Water是莱特的杰作，被美国建筑师学会评为美国建筑史上最伟大之作，正好在从Pittsburgh到DC路上。我们在官网预约了regular tour，20刀/人，参观主楼和附楼，大约1小时。tour每个10分钟一次，如果不预约，顶多等20分钟到半个小时，可以在gift shop和view point转转，问题也不大。去的路上下大雪，山上雪景很美丽，感觉初春的雪景不像冬天那么厚重，细细密密的，把整个山头树林子都染白了，很漂亮。

KEY WEST

一条“看了蔡澜专栏，不敢吃三文鱼刺身了”的微博，被反复转发2万多次。“正
统的日本铺子，绝对不会卖三文鱼刺身，因为他们老早知道它的虫极多，只能用盐腌制
过后烧熟来吃。”三文鱼再次被推到风口浪尖。
在参观挪威三文鱼养殖场之前，挪威海产局中国区总监毕思明就告诉记者，关于这
个问题，首先要从了解三文鱼的特性开始，野生三文鱼属于洄游鱼类，小三文鱼在淡水
河中出生，长大到一定程度后会离开河流游向大海，等到2~4年完全成熟后，再洄游到
它们出生的河流中产卵。日本的三文鱼是太平洋三文鱼，海产部门曾经到日本做过相关
调查，三文鱼在淡水中生活时，河床上的各种昆虫甚至苍蝇都是其食物，寄生虫就乘虚
而入，而太平洋三文鱼有80%是野生三文鱼。因此，太平洋野生三文鱼可能会有寄生虫
。蔡澜所言，有对也有不对，日本人确实不用太平洋三文鱼做刺身，但他们食用从挪威
进口的养殖三文鱼刺身。
挪威海产局提供给记者一组数据，大部分日本人吃的三文鱼都是来自挪威的，挪威

黎巴嫩美女虽然当初一口答应来日本餐馆吃寿司和生鱼片，但前天看了菜单，她问：“
