， 其实就是两个人， 一个美国人是打工的（负责干大多数活）， 一个长得似乎像老
莫的人是老板。 那个老莫说这gutter seam 处不好修， 修得不好还会漏。 他说要找
他做， 就必须换。 给量了一下 gutter 加上down sprout 大约300 ft。 估价是全包$

发帖数: 626 | 9 你可以试试修补的方法。到HomeDepot或者Lowes找找Vinyl floor repair kit,看看能
不能补好。还有如果运气好，你能找到一样的Tile,或者屋子的某个角落，阁楼里有当
年剩下的边角料，可以把坏的地方Cut下来，补一块上去，用Vinyl Seam Sealant补缝
。手巧的人应该可以补得看不出来。网上可以找到详细的DIY步骤。
换整块Floor的借口纯粹就是想讹你的押金，这种小问题房东根本就不会重换地板。
另外复合木地板对应的是Engineered Wood Floor. |

The purpose of a local cut, is ONLY to have a controled seam around virgina
Instead of a forced, irregular rift. Which would be unpredictable and

一直很喜欢这首歌，可惜不会弹吉他，没法唱。最近发现了GarageBand这个宝贝，立解

说说制作。三轨人声，两轨吉他，全部在iPad GarageBand上完成。吉他是在
Smart Guitar上一指头一指头弹出来的。本来想用自动和弦，结果有一个theme chord
又是sus又是add，Smart Guitar居然不支持，而且自动生成的种类太少也不好听。于是

和新的一样。
每年入冬出春两次Zanio洗车上蜡。
基本顺序：洗车，clay bar，z2+zfx三层coat，z6，z-cs sealant。
平时再常常洗洗吸吸，把车里外搞干净，没洁癖开着清爽心情也好些。
平时都是自己保养维修，出保后没进过dealer
Major service history:
Regular:
Synthetic oil change every 5K miles
Brake fluid every 3 years
K/N Air filter cleaning every 2 years
Tire rotation 8k miles when necessary
Seam foam cleaning every 5k miles.
Wax twice annually.
60k service:
Timing belt, water pump, thermostat, bully replacement
Coolant flush;

and in good standing maintenance history records. Free of major mechanical
problems, good condition tires. Recently oil changed, replaced engineer air

although they claim it is a tailor cut. The seams on the shoulder always
longer than the shoulder.
The cut for dress shirt in the United States is terribly. But on the other
hands, these shirts are so easy to take care of, last very long, and
affordable, around $50/piece. I guess this is pretty American, plain but
durable.
