会写这篇是因为我第一次怀孕，在怀孕时最烦恼的就是「我到底要买什么吃什么！」,
以前真是两眼一末黑，啥也不知道, 摸索了好多。
总结一下怀孕以来用过的好东西，给没经验的准新妈们一个参考吧, 有恒心毅力上网做
功课的妈妈，不妨多方比较：
第一部、怀孕前
一、叶酸
*使用时机：孕前三个月吃到怀孕满三个月。
*功效：预防宝宝神经管缺损
二、调身体
我没什么大毛病，就是想调好一点以求怀孕过程顺利。
三、看牙医
怀孕以后要打麻药要吃药什么的都很麻烦，最好是怀孕前把牙齿搞定，一路到哺乳期结
束都不用烦恼牙齿问题。

是S/M/L号码的, 对我来说不管下围长, 还是cup长, 都是一个尺码, 比较不用担心买了

變形就不知道了。 缺點就是小貴，又不attractive. 可以在bare necessity買。他家
經常20 off 30 off 神馬的。另外可以從淘寶買些日單nursing bra來當sleeping bra
，便宜好多，就是不如medela的supportive. |

些都不能用了，就去家边上的店里买文胸，当时没看牌子，就试戴了一圈，最后决定买
那个seamless的，用了很久以后才看到网上原来推荐的都是这款。后来发现淘宝上也有
卖，200人民币，比这里便宜啊，好像是一个在加拿大的妈妈开的店，然后我就买了，
正好婆婆寄东西出来就一起捎来了。原来总担心淘宝的东西会不会有问题，拿到手比了
一下东西和我在这里买的一样的。walmart的也想过买，但是我一般都要亲自穿过了满
意才会下手，所以从来不在网上买衣物之类的。 |
