要求: Solid CS fundamentals; Better to have Java or ruby experience; Big

面试题目跟其他大公司都差不多，就是data structure, algorithm，problem solving

上周面的seattle office，今天和recuiter谈了一下compensation，说是要回去商量一
下给多少钱。
这边是新team，大概了解了下是做A家类似AWS的东西，cloud storage，computing。听
起来还不错而且说是不用on－call。
当时面试时候看到很多同胞在那边，没好意思过去要电话，想问问有没有在EMC的朋友

candidate unless they are very senior, and probably not going to do H1 for
most of the cases.
I have tried to convince them otherwise but the engineering team is spending
too much time on interviewing and HR try to narrow down the efforts we
spend on interviewing.
I will continue to submit resumes for candidates from seattle area and does
not require H1 sponsorship.

北加和seattle比较的话，同样薪水，还是Seattle好。房价差太远了。
