发帖数: 893 | 2 我目前的loan是BOA的，三年前开始的6.25的利率，LTV 高达95%。现在不住在这个房子了，但是给那边的一个公司兼职做contract工作。从这个公司没有paystub，但是公司能提供
一封信说明在给他们工作，年薪多少。这样可不可以算成second home？本以为LTV太高
，没法refinance，但是最近老是收到BOA的make home affordable让refinance的
信。上个星期给他们打了电话，当时就欣喜的lock了个15 yrs 4.75，自己掏1000
多块。而且我做不做，还有个400块的申请费他们是收定了。他们也没有要W2，也没要
paystub。是不是因为这个LTV和second home所以给我的利率就高啊。不知道是不是该
从了它了。哪位做贷款的给说说。多谢了先。 |

虽然问的second home，其实一个房子还没有买呢。。。就是想先问一下买
第一个房子的贷款会影响第二个房子的吗？我们打算先买一个离公司近的，
过两年小孩大了搬到郊区学校好点的地方，然后第一个房子拿来出租
这种情况的话房子的贷款应该两个人一起申请还是一个人单独搞一个然后
另一个人过两年买第二个房子（如果搞的定的话。。。）？会有区别嘛？

因为目前我的credit Score比较高（750以上），我太太比较低（只有大概690多点），
所以以我太太做主要申请人行不通。目前的解决方法是agent需要把这个房子算做
Second House（因为我不在这个房子里面住）。
我想请问下这么做有什么不好的地方，我看了下网上的信息，似乎Second House不好的
地方就是享受不到Primary House卖房时候50万刀利润免税的优惠，不过目前我们房子
估计是卖不到5年前买入的时候的价钱。我目前计划让我太太一年以内搬家，似乎那时
候也不会有希望能卖到5年前的价钱，所以这个区别对我们来说也无所谓，请问我这么
理解对吗？

子血，谁知道事情还没有结束，今天去看ob，跟我说我之前做的血检和B超都白做了（
我是被发送到另外一个专业机构做的检查），检查方向错了，只确认了是否怀孕，没有
检查唐氏等参数。
现在我已经错过做first trimester screening的时机了，ob让我等做second
trimester的血检，气死我了，时间精力花了不说，最后没有结果。
上来想听听妈妈们的意见，我现在这种情况怎么办？考古结果好像second trimester的
检查准确率还没有first trimester的来得准，那是不是说干脆就直接做羊穿算了？ |

上周做了第一次产检，LP28岁，第一次怀孕。
检查No 1:做了B超.
小家伙9周多一点。
检查No.2:抽了血.
我看那个单子，估计是做了“first trimester screening Blood Test”（因为这个项
目显示大概时间是10
-14周），主要目的是“assess risk of Down's Syndrome and Trisomy 18 as well
as heart defects”。检查结果还没出来。
另外虽然医生没给我明确说做的什么项目的产检，但是我看了她给的一些材料，外加一
些文档，说first
trimester screening Blood and ultrasound Test，就是用超声波和血检，而我们当
时也正好是做了这两项，抽血还抽了5管，挺多的。
那这么看来上次应该作恶是这个“first trimester screening test”吧

找到接线员，告诉他们你的case严重delay，而网络上的状态更新坏了，要求talke to
second tier IO officer。转了之后要等待几分钟，耐心等待，second tier officer
能提供第一手的信息。他们能看到内部系统。

上来就说You have called too many times, and you just called the day before
yesterday. Your case has been pre-adjudicated in 2009 and can be approved at
