TargetScan方法在2005年发表问世，他主要是根据target靶点和生物上的保守性来预测

，但州议会并未进行讨论与表决。根据法律规定，未讨论的法案在第二年的普选时交由
选民公投，也就是今年的 11/5。如果通过，将在 7/1/2015 实施。
法案要求所有经过基因改造的食品，或者含有基因改造成分的食品，都必须明确标示。
正方认为这是民众知的权利，反方认为这会提高食品价格，尤其对本州的中小企业不利。

MIZZOU和KU之间有两场较量
MIZZOU全胜,MIZZOU前三,DUKE和MIZZOU SEED

MIZZOU一胜一负,MIZZOU,DUKE,SEED
所以可以看出来,MIZZOU和KU死掐,最大受益者是DUKE,MIZZOU和KU必有一队退出SEED.
他们之间比赛结果和MSU成为SEED没有直接关系.
MSU要想SEED，要三件事同时发生
捡DUKE的漏,要求DUKE输一场,25%概率
要MIZZOU一场也不能输给KU,25%概率
MSU自身要全胜,50%概率
所以MSU成为种子的概率是50%*25%*25%.
这种小概率事件一旦发生，MSU最终取代的是DUKE,而不是KANSAS.
MSU成为SEED这件事，现在命运并不完全不掌握在他们自己手里 |
