历，觉得有一个位置合适我，要我去那个公司网站上申请,也没说要找我谈啥的。
我google了一下，此recuiter还真是那家公司的HR。 关于位置本身 根我的简历也不怎
么match。。。
有点困惑，hr这么无聊的，每天没事给monster上找工作的人发信？请版上牛人答疑解

It is well understandable that a job seeker will apply many jobs if the
background fits, I've seen people got interviews for both positions he
applied in one company and hired by one. That is a pharma company. Another
IT person I know was interviewd for two positions and even got to choose
which one to go for at later stage of hiring. These were all direct
applications not through recruitor. |

今年以来一直在招人，但招不到， 所以说目前工作机会很多:)
面试非常简单，phone interview, onsite都容易，brainbench test也不难。
本来是不在乎candidates是否local, 但在花费机票无数却没找到人后，开始倾向local
candidates.
公司sponsor H1B, GC. 起薪可以和大公司差不多。

reputation in the industry.
The job market is a rigged market, not a even-fair battle field. Job

少有兼具我这么多weakness的。
而且现在不比几年前了，只要上了waiting list就还有希望。现在基本人人见offer就
接，上了wl根直接被拒没啥区别。
除非每次出结果之前查出所有竞争者的地址，一个一个上门把他们都给砍了，否则真想

opening，还TMD说了解job seeker，会去找perfect match！不知道如果有offer，recruiter会不会懂得为我去argue呢！看来找工
作还是什么都需要自己啊，recruiter就是只拦路虎啊，没有他们就没有interview的机会，但TMD他们又不干点有实质意义的事！等我有

机构的intern经历，以前没有工作经历。
之前还没开始投简历的时候，就受邀直接参加了9月中旬的Qualcomm Destination Q Ra
leigh的50+人的群殴onsite，当时面的是CPU ASIC Design，结果被证明完全是被拉过去
凑数的，因为自己根本就不是搞CPU Design的。
刚Onsite完Raleigh还没出结果，就投了San Diego的一个比较match的Hardware的Posit
ion，投完三天后就接到Phone Interview通知，接着就是漫长的每隔一周的两轮Phone
Interview，然后onsite面了6个人完后，又加了两轮Phone Interview，全部都是Techn
ical的，没有任何behavior或智力题。从投简历到紧接着的2轮phone+onsite+2轮phone
，直到拿到offer耗时一个半月～
总的来说作为自己的第一份工作，历时一个半月找工作的过程非常顺利也很幸运，总共
