然后每个人属于其中一个segment的概率是p，而这个p是depend on一些variable的，比
如age。
然后你estimate这个model，model告诉你有几个segment，哪个人属于哪个segment，

但是相对结果还是可以看出来的。
原来的测试程序是严格顺序向后找， 虽然看上去
跳了 40 byte, 但是仍然小于 64 byte 的cache line
size. 但是从访问内存的次序来看是严格增加的。
这个是 cache 最爽的状态。
我改变了输入的次序，变成随机定票段，从输入数组
里面进来，其他的不变。构造输入数组的时间是刨去的。
程序里面 USE_RAND = 1 vs 0
仅仅变的是订票的次序，结果呢？
速度差了整整 4 倍。从 28M 暴减少到7M.当然实际订票
更接近与随机分布。谁排好了一个接一个定。
这就是为什么我会担心 IO 是瓶颈的问题。外部进来的数据，
全部都是 cache miss。这些纯计算的模拟还不能很好的代表真实
的负载情况。
程序如下：
比较快的机器建议增加 ITER 大小，使得总共运行时间超过几十秒。

到手的OFFER是个咨询公司。技术上跟我原来的做的一样，CAREER上比较有延续性，主
要用SAS。
但是这公司比较奇怪。是专门研究大学招生的。我以前连听都没听说过有这种工作。他
SEGMENT的对象是高中生，MODEL哪类学生愿意去你这个学校，以及助学金的对象等等。
所以MODEL还是SEGMENT 的MODEL。工作应该说更简单一点。那的人都巨NICE，面试都没
问技术问题就开始拉家常，然后大家都说喜欢我。迅速地给了OFFER。估计工作不难，
人也好处, PAY得也不错。
但是我有个担心。这个公司往上都是搞EDUCATION MANAGEMENT 的人，我对这个没兴趣
也没背景，只能做做MODEL。所以说不会有大的发展。如果将来再跳去别的地方做
MARKETING SEGMENTATION，这个比较冷门的经历会不会不MARKETABLE？

Earlier in the week a video surfaced on Youtube of Al Armendariz, head of
the EPA office in Dallas, saying that he and his agency planned to “crucify
” any business that crosses them. The video caused a lot of consternation
on Capitol Hill as well as recriminations for the EPA. But by Friday the
video had been pulled by Youtube because of complaints from the man that

quarter of the workforce at a large plant in Poland that makes its Fiat 500
and a small car for Ford Motor Co. F +2.02% amid shrinking demand for new

” featuring taped comments from local Catholic Priest Father Michael
Pfleger. Unfortunately the taxpayer-funded radio show presented Pflager as a
benign “social activist” and never informed listeners of just how radical
