Corallo)已經請辭，原本在律師團扮演領軍地位、與川普具有數十年交情的紐約訴訟律
師卡索維茲(Marc Kasowitz)，接下來也將逐漸退居第二線。
為了因應穆勒(Robert Mueller)對於2016年總統大選期間通俄案傳聞的調查，川普在白
宮系統之外成立了外部律師團隊，由紐約知名訴訟律師卡索維茲率領。卡索維茲幫川普
打民事官司已經超過15年，曾任川普大學被控詐欺案的委任律師，也為川普處理離婚、
房地產交易等法律事務。

突破，有迹象显示，正接受特别调查的前白宫国家安全顾问佛林(Michael T. Flynn)为
了避免儿子遭到牵连，可能被迫会与穆勒合作，或是正在讨价还价。
「纽约时报」23日报导，佛林的律师告诉川普律师团队，他们不能再讨论特别检察官的
调查内容，意味佛林可能正在配合调查。
据最少四名熟悉内情并拒绝透露身分的人士透露，佛林的代表律师基尔纳(Robert
Kelner)已通知川普的法律团队，不会再分享及讨论特别检察官调查时的资料及内容。
有报导指称基尔纳是在22日晚间致电川普律师陶德(John Dowd) 停止交换资料内容。
根据法例，辩护律师之间是可以互相分享及交换调查时的资料，但是一旦其中一方愿意
与检察官合作，就必须停止与仍受调查的另一方互助交换资料，以避免出现利益衝突。
虽然佛林代表律师的通知中没有证实佛林是否与穆勒合作，但通常只要律师与检察官开
始谈判讨价还价的时候，交换资料的做法就会停止。因此这个通知，已经让川普的律师
相信，佛林至少已在与穆勒谈判中。
