grab rock when climbing.

首先，high priority是assign给"high possibility to be mission critical"的
variables的，而不是"mission critical variable"
其次，lower priority是assign给那些可以put aside的variable, seldom used
local variables只是一个例子。
而且，这些rules并不是crucial to scientific computing domain,而是和它紧密相关。
我的版本如下：

2. prepare suit, may not be expensive, but should be regular, mainly dark
