混果汁，味道像汽水，有没有太甜，还很清凉。
混苹果汁，颜色还很像干啤酒，哈哈，可以骗人喝酒用
把生姜和红枣桂圆一起煮，得到的汁冰起来，然后混seltzer,别有一番风味还养生。
今后娃长大，不给他喝买来的那些软饮料，想喝汽水就这么搞。

比较实际的做法是找“替代品”
如：
蜜饯---whole food有卖无糖的，最近我很迷dried mango散装wholefood $9.99一磅，
traderjoe是它自己家的袋装$2.99（6oz装）货架上还有种$1.69的是加糖的。芒果本身
就甜，不用添加剂。
有此在中国城看见散装芒果干，首先颜色就不对，红灿灿摆明“我就色素”，而且甜的
不是芒果味，我至今还怀疑它其实是“山药干”，然后+糖浆调的
其实就是脱水水果，相当于买个food dehydrator自己在家干化鲜芒果
冰激淋---yeca上次用blendtec弄得frozen yogurt完全可以代替，这个好解决
罐头---就多做肉，这个简单吧，我吃肉很猛，不迷罐头

一早开窗透气半小时，再关窗，保证室内空气清新，精神好多到户外走走，晒晒太阳

我自己啥药没吃，多干家务活，两天酸痛就消失了，命苦啊。。。
