一星期看完了工大的《应用泛函分析》，感觉很爽。数学系那帮痞子居然想出了绕开测
度用阶梯函数引入Lebesgue积分这么色情的办法，让人大开眼界。整本书无非就是说，
泛函分析就是一小孩玩具，不就是他妈的集合、范数、空间、算子玩来玩去吗，不就是
他妈的用映射来推广函数吗，不就是他妈的压缩映像、共鸣定理、然后再加点风骚的变
分法和广义函数吗，不就是他妈的数学分析的紧凑形式吗？有什么鸡巴了不起？不就这
点东西吗！（注：这句是我四五年来每次读教材读文献都反复念叨的）
一个月看完了余天庆先生的《张量分析》，更是华丽，爽的让人几乎semen横流。前言
里老先生就说了：张量是个什么东西？张量他妈的就不是个东西！不就是他妈的几个研

在美国做semen analysis，其中有一项叫做Kruger strict morphology，稍微有点低
美国大夫说这项检查是关于精子的形态的。
这个形态对于精子的质量来说到底有多关键啊？
问了个国内的大夫，说看不太懂这项结果，
因为国内这项检查的表述方式不太一样，所以他也不好下结论。
请教这儿懂行的大夫，如何把美国的检查结果换算成国内的？

，你知道来医院的人都有病，但是外面很多貌似健康但带毒的人很多 （比如 active
TB). 至于你是否有有HIV病人，我想如果你能保持自己一直有严格的保护措施，得传染
的概率很低。HIV，HBV 的主要途径是body fluid (blood, semen, virginal
secretions，or saliva).

If LZ are over 30, I seriously suggest you to see an infertility doctor (not your OB) right away. And please do some research to find a GOOD infertility doctor. This is especially important because your husband drinks way too much, and also if he's under constant pressure from work.

就洗了。顺便把厨房台子也擦了一遍，然后煎鸡蛋，热馒头准备他们的早餐。然后自己

赶到店里7点30多一点，开始check inventory。check了大概50%的时候经理喊道，你们
开门吧。我才惊觉：已经9点了！大喊我迟到了，就冲出去开车去vet hospital，还好
路近，4分钟开到。跟医生道歉说忙inventory忘记看时间了。然后做了2个小时的
shadowing，这是我summer选修课要求嘛。看了他们给狗狗看牙齿，给猫开刀，给show
dog做semen freezing,给狗开刀，给狗做ultrasound，抽tumor细胞。看开刀看的我头
晕晕的。

另外回到当地，还要测常规的FSH, LH, and estradiol levels。

sperm
的，只要做这个找到sperm就可以做TESE取出足够多的sperm来fertilize egg，如果以
前有sperm
的话mm不用担心，做TESE应该就可以。

做Saline Sonogram的时候，被医生折腾了1小时，出了不少血，管子还是没放进。后来
就用trial transfer的ultra sound看看子宫了事。
老公的semen culture有炎症，要吃抗生素。

You better check with RE to have series of test done. They usually make
you do: day 3 test for E2, FSH, TSH, and many immunological AB tests;
Day 21 progesteron; HSG for possible uterine/tube structural problem;
Semen analysis.
Frequently, they will come back with normal results, like what we had.

About 5 years ago, the alive sperm can be seen, although rarely, in my
husband's semen analysis. but last year, there is no alive sperm at all. So
either the alive sperms they detected 5 years ago are caused by
contaminations under the microscope, or the sperms-producing ability got
worse during these years.
Last year, my husband did the testis biopsy and found no sperm produced.
Your case is much better than ours. So you can try IVF, and at the same time
