几本情况如下：
本科在国内读法学的，所以没有会计背景和经验，现在在湾区读会计master，过了这个
semester还有两门，今年年底毕业，所以说如果是考加州的CPA，我得毕业了才能够学
分，或者过了这个学期再加上我在community college修的3个再加上国内本科时的一门
会计基础才能凑够48个学分。
现在我身边有2个同学已经报了Maine State的CPA，并考了1门，另外两个同学也准备报
，他们也跟我差不多时间毕业。
我也想早点开始，我怕毕业以后更加拖更加没心思准备。我想今年考1门，明年考3门
我想问下大牛门的意见，值得现在报Maine的，等以后再转加州吗？手续会不会很复杂
，会不会遇到麻烦？还是说我等修完这个semester，9月才开始递材料申请，这样能赶
得及今年考1门吗？
我应该先准备哪一门？听说BEC是最简单的，但是今年开始有所改革，我看了好几个贴
都说增加了FAR和AUD的内容，那是不是先考FAR会好点呢？

business electives。 其他的那些随便都行。
不过就是要注意到那33个会计学分必须是至少各自有一门跟CPA考试有关的
具体忘记了，不过记得NY board of Public Accountancy 网站上应该是有说明的 |

我在国内上的本科（工程类）；
然后到美国修了商科和工程的硕士双学位，商科硕士里面有两门MBA-level的Financial
Accounting and Managerial Accounting课程；
目前Accounting PhD在读，qualify什么的过了，接下去要教本科生的Accounting
Courses。准备考个CPA，虽然CPA不是找工作或者教学必须的，但是有个CPA总是有帮助
的。
现在有两个问题请教下版上各位：
1。在美修的两个硕士加上博士，目前已有126学分，到今年年底就有150学分（i.e.不
要本科学分也够了）请问我可不可以不提交中国本科成绩单？（本科毕业四年多了，成
绩单找不到了-。-！）
2。博士期间，上的都是Advance Accounting Theory之类的课程,没有上过本科
Auditing,Taxes的课程，不知道博士学分能不能算作Accounting hours。看网上

告知我不符合考试的要求。
具体情况是我在www.getmytranscripts.com买了成绩寄给NASBA以后，成绩单上显示我
是有38 个credit hours。其实是我master有38个学分，我理解是我得到这38个学分，
上课时间远远超过要求的150个semester hours，但是nasba非要理解说是我只有38个
semester hours。
请问有朋友遇到过这样的情况吗？是我理解错了还是他们理解错了呢？
电话回去学校问，系主任也说我的学位应该是eligible CPA 考试的。 |

As for part-time job, I am not sure. One semester in college, I only had
classes two days a week. I already have 3 exams then, it's the first

把本科水平
的prerequisite courses补完，她的生物医学硕士课程没有任何用处。包括大学数学（这个她本
科肯定学过），有机化学，无
机化学，
生物，生化，大学物理（这门你老婆本科应该也学过）完成这些课程全加起来至少需要
一年到两年时
间，并在课程考试拿到好成绩。然后需要至少3个月准备MCAT的考试（GRE就不需要了，

请纯PhD项目的话），同时要在医院做volunteer来获取clinical experience。时间都
要掐
好，比如现在即使你老婆所有的这些先决条件都满足了，现在申请也只能申请2012年的

转，上预备课

我在Michigan，考试资格要求是24个semester hours会计课，24个semester hours
general business课。我的会计课已经够了，business课在学校一共就读了三门，所以
才9个学分。现在我必须用我本科的成绩单，里面有一些business的课。考试报名中心
要求对foreign的成绩单先到制定机构去做evaluation，相当于公证。
刚刚在那些公证机构看了一下，有如下几种公证report：

2011年9月21日，在加州某大学的某同学A通过认识我的某朋友找我。A 同学碰到的情况
是他上学期选的一门Finance课程成绩被教授“暗算”了，只给了他成绩C。如果按他平
时的成绩和期末考（成绩未知）的情况，他应该能够拿A，哪怕是A-。没想到这个教授
整学生这么过分，把他的期末考和平时的participation分数当作fail，给他这门课的
成绩为C。
在他跟教授交涉未果之后，某朋友知道了这事情，跟我提起。我让A同学来直接跟我谈
，我需要了解各种情况，弄清楚各种事情的来龙去脉，才能确定我能否和怎么帮得了他。
在skype上交谈中，我让他把各种证据准备周全，并扫描给我看，包括这门课程该教授

Missouri: 100% tuition waiver and nonresident fee, $1200 Health insurance
waiver, $2500 stipend/semester.
纠结：Missouri钱多，而且可以免十几个本科的学分。但地理位置不好，对找工作不利。

以我现在的学校要求是yearly/semester plan, weekly plan, and daily plan (新教
师要求详案)。
Yearly/semester plan 很笼统，也就是大致给出个方向。
Weekly plan 要求提前一周写好，并将简要概括（时间，授课内容，作业）提前一周发
布在学校主页的parents-teacher message board 上。Weekly plan 统领一周工作的方
向，同时也为自己赢得充分的准备material 的时间。相信大家都经过了training, 所
以我就不罗嗦该如何具体书写了，但是有几个要点在准备weekly plan 的时候一定要注
意。1. 提前复印Hands-out. 我们学校复印的cycle是24 hours. 为了保证能在想用资
料的时候有资料可用，我一般提前一周搞定。 2.核实Lab. 如果要用lab， 我一定要
提前预订并核实。3. 备份一张放在emergency folder 里存档。
Daily plan 是对新教师的要求，老教师只要求梗概。 |

semester) program 还是Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) Program 。据我了解，
这两个program 不能joint 吧。 有一种是 master entry level 的可以 第一年上
accelerated (16 month-4 semester) program， 然后考 license. 第二年在接着上
master。就我所知，如果你没有这的nurse degree， 你不能申请Doctor of Nursing
Practice (DNP) Program 吧。
2。一般这样的项目有无奖学金这些？我问学费的问题，招生主任回答被录取以后就会
知道，但是到底大概是多少呢？他给我一个网站，上面都是关于奖学金的申请项目，有
10多项。
一般你没有绿卡，很难有奖学金，即使有， 和你的学费比， 也是 杯水车薪（ 我指的
