怯怯的上来问一个，经常在版面上看到大家说找senate 去帮催绿卡的案子，
请问这个都是怎么办的？
小弱case NIW,等了好多好多年了（足足4年了有木有！！）终于赶在去年年底的
大潮把485交了，然后拿到receipt notice, 然后2月份finger print了,
结果就没有下文了！！
更悲催的是系统里居然查不到我们的case number。律师说这个有时候是因为
那些输入的人漏了把我们输入在系统里，反正就是说让我们静心等候，
然后等来等去都没有个下文。也不知道出了啥事情。
我们一个政界的人都不认识的说。怎么听起来好像这个找senate 来催这种事情是
很routine 的一件事情？怎么和他们联系？是找本地的senate 么？电话里
怎么个和他们说这个事情？ |

从日历上看，整个12月都休息，没啥活动。2012年一月的没有，不过如果参考2010、
2011两年，可以看出1月、2月加起来一大半都不是legislative。
这样看3012即使今年过了House，基本要明年2月末3月初才能开始在Senate讨论。
烙印这么急着让3012投票，估计就是怕即使能过，但过晚了，ROW吃太多FY2012名额。
但看Senate的日程安排，加上即使3012能过Senate，整个过程也需要2-3个月，最乐观
的生效期应该是明年5-6月。这个时候FY2012的名额已经基本被ROW浪费完了。 |

。如果senate能70票以上通过，博纳也不得不拿来直接投票了。
结果刚过了个markup，博纳甩都没甩senate，还直接给了白宫+奥黑几个耳光。
现在新警察再也不提博纳被senate胁迫这件事了。论调变成了，house提自己的法案，
也是支持CIR嘛！博纳这么说是为了讨价还价嘛！

the fiscal cliff despite having only 3 minutes to read the 154-page bill and
budget score.
Multiple Senate sources have confirmed to CNSNews.com that senators received
the bill at approximately 1:36 AM on Jan. 1, 2013 – a mere three minutes
before they voted to approve it at 1:39 AM.
