Nowadays I just find it hard to do yoga at night.
But in the morning it is different.
I feel subtle sensations when I move into the poses.
Sometimes they are warm vibrations.
Other times they are cool electric flow.
The best part of it is that residual sensations stay when I am finished.
I can feel them all day, the warm/cool energy flow.
If I do it at night, the residual happiness is also consumed in dreams.
Not that productive. :-) |
