仿真，可是每次都是：
Reading grid '1_msh.tdr' ... (TDR format) done.
(Number of grid points is 7261.)
Adding interfaces and contacts ...
Tried to use non-existing contact 'source' !
然后就不行了。
我在建立模型的时候明明有定义contact的。不知是什么原因，应该怎么办呢？
初学Sentaurus, 还请各位前辈指导阿。

The name of electro-gate is changed antomatically.
In sentaurus structured editor I named the contact "gate", but in sentaurus
devices it was changed into "gate_11".
Why? |

好像软件默认的dopant没有Si 和Mg, 但是对于GaN 来说，应该用Si or Mg去掺杂，请
问则怎么去改变杂质参数让软件认为Boron就是Mg, P就是Si.

解决，非常感激。
现在在做3d, 用structure editor建立结构， 对mesh不是很懂，究竟是否有必要选择
Noffset3d 做mesh (器件结构比较复杂，内含曲面，表面不平)? mesh 参数的设置选择
标准是什么？ 尤其是Noffset3d， 那么多参数都不知怎么弄出来的。看过手册，但还
是不得要领。
另外，3d仿真实在是太占用空间和时间，稍微复杂一点的结构就占几G的memory, 仿真
很久才有结果，不知大家有无遇到类似问题？是如何解决的？

各种device应用。组很小，所以几乎全套的工作都是我做的。做过fabrication，
characterization，modeling，reliability。比较懂device physics 和 fabrication
process。
另外，有过两次暑期实习经验。全在半导体公司。一次做process engineering，主要
是CMP modeling。第二次是device engineering，做device design，layout，测试。
主要是digital & analogy CMOS 和 BJTdevice，还有power device。
我个人学习能力比较强，基本上手都比较快。本科是学物理的，PHD转到ECE，快速上手
，4年多点，就把PHD搞定。journal和conference 一共10几篇。很多东西都是自学的，
所以个人能力请放心。
真心求refer。各大/小半导体公司。technology development的工作，最好是device... 阅读全帖 |

不用解optics的吧？因为只是简单的otpical beam absorption
语法可以通过，但是optical generation画出来是0.0 |
