其实他是想替英国的体制辩护，说权力制衡(separation of power)下的权力不一定会
corrupt，只是极权才一定会corrupt.
这其实是不对的，五毛们会在tends to这种含糊的用语上大作文章，说separation of
power是骗人。
事实是从概率角度讲"Power corrupts and absolute power absolutely corrupts"。(
去掉tends to)
从概率角度讲，有权力就有腐败，这基本上是概率为1的事（注意概率为1也有可能不发
生）。
所以separation of power＋due process of law下仍然会有腐败，就像即便是包括健
康人在内的所有人体里面都有病菌一样。

发帖数: 12623 | 43 You completely missed the meaning of Marriage Penalty and Marriage Bonus. It
's about "Marriage", i.e. Single vs. Married Filing Jointly.
Married Filing Separately is still "Married". When you are married you must
choose Married (whether jointly or separately). When you are single you must
choose Single.
Married Filing Separately is worse than Married Filing Jointly and Single no
matter what the income levels of the two people are. Nobody is discussing
Married Filing Separately here.

Programming test 答得不好，肯定不行了，把面试题发上来让大家做做。做了3个半小
时，快累死了。
数学题基本上就是脑筋急转弯，举几个例子

所有遇到的separator送进一个队列。然后每次从队列里面送出一个separator，遍历和
他相邻的还未被访问的其他region，或者将和他相邻的还未入过队列的separator入队
。直到队列变成空。
总时间复杂度是matrix的元素个数。 |
