i am now establish a web site selling products.
1. i use SQL Server.
2. we have ten over ten thousand itmes for sale.
3. the web site is presented in three languages.
4. some items have more than one catagory code. for example,
a book can be idendified as a novel as well as a foreign
literature, therefore, it has two catagory codes, so people
can look for it from two different catagories.
5. although the book has more than one catagory code, it has
only ONE product cod |

For example, when you use third-party libraries, you get the
documentation, which is usually generated by JavaDoc from the
source code, and the binary .jar compiled from the source code.
These are all you need to use the library. The implementation
details are hidden.
Personally I think this is superior than the C/C++ model of dual
header/source. In C/C++, not only you get to modify both places
when making a change, a mismatch would be harder |

Could be the PCV system blockage. However, I highly suspect it's because of
the aging of the cover gasket rather than high crankcase pressure. Because
if it's the later, you will mostly get leaking from shaft seals rather than
cover gasket.
One easy way to check if you have higher than normal crankcase pressure is
to remove the oil dipstick while engine is running. Y |

回到我的问题：这房子怎么租出去的，谁管理的。
原则是：只要婚后花费了time, efforts, and skill获得的财富，就是community
property，例如salary.婚后坐沙发上闭着眼睛天上就掉下来的钱，属于separate
property，例如遗产。
如果婚前房子是一方出钱买的，婚后也是纯separate property，要看租金怎么来的：
如果婚后，房子全归property management company管理，那个property owner什么
time, efforts, and skill都没付出，不接电话，不管房子，不踏足房子半步，坐家里
钱就到帐。那么这个租金就是纯separate property.
如果婚后，租客打电话来说灯泡不亮了，这个property owner自己跑homedepot，买了
灯泡，甚至去换了，那么这个租金里面就有community property的成分而且说句实话，
