以前人们也讨论过，UA是服务最烂的航班，
我以前就坐过UA转机由于飞机晚点误掉下一航班，不安排任何食宿的经历，
此次再不坐UA。
此次卢ser大闹飞机肯定不是视频那么简单，
卢ser自己感觉良好，可能觉得自己是米国人，坐上自己家里的飞机，
没想到正常升舱被告知，他这种中国人只能坐飞机后面去，
卢瑟是受歧视以后才发飙的。
任何正常人都不会因为简单合理的拒绝就发飙的，
况且卢瑟也是衣冠楚楚。

田中群 他们 做了 一种sillica coated 的AuNP， 可以直接spay 到analyte 表面上
实现SERS
基本上就像是把以前的 Au 表面 变成了一个 个 AuNP, 然后就可以方便的喷到 物体表面上了
原理，估计你得好好读读这篇Nature paper了，俺不懂，不过这个paper应该是牛文。。。

solution里面怎么分上下？生物里面还有好多用analyte做linker的，只有当两个NP
被link在一起才会有信号，这算上还是下？
TERS主要的特点是SCAN，spatial resolution高，一次只看一个点的信号。一般的SERS受
diffraction limit的限制，做不到这点。 |

TERS技术的特点之一就是不需要增强源(tip)与样品接触，因为接触后会产生很多副作
用(如化学反
应，催化等等)。而Shell-isolate nano SERS就是基于这点出发，将传统的Au Ag NP
外表包
了一层超薄的Silica(1~2 nm)，这样就带来几个好处了：
1. 阻止增强源与检测物质直接接触，但又可以产生极强的电磁场；
2. 可以检测到单晶表面的H振动和H2O的振动（因为Silica隔绝了这些检测物体），这
对于搞基础
电化学研究是巨大的突破；
3.防止杂质吸附到纳米粒子上，带来额外的污染；可以很方便的将Shell-isolate nano
直接喷
洒在需要检测的样品上，就可以方便的得到纯净的信号。
4.这也对SERS技术朝商业化方向发展起到进一步推动作用。 |

resolution
上。
这个2能不能再展开讲讲？为什么不隔绝的情况下就不能探测？为什么这对电化学有重
大意义？其实我
还有一个问题，以前的SERS都是在colloidal solution里面做的，那为什么只能看到
analyte
的peak，而看不到solvent（比如水，酒精什么的）的峰呢？
另外，难道这之前没有人想过这个点子？匪夷所思啊，至少我就知道Van Duyne早就在
金银表面镀氧
化铝作保护膜了。为什么没人想到在小球外面长一层氧化硅？ |

SERS用Au做substrate是利用nano金表面粗糙分布来增强信号。
所以它的顺序是 金的地盘，上面有target analyte。化合物是放在金的上面。
在2010年厦大一个教授发表在nature上面一个文章，叫shell isolate nanoparticle
enhanced Raman spectroscopy.
他们做的是一种金的nano颗粒，然后撒在表面，用来增强Raman信号。我想请教一下，
这个方法，金颗粒是撒在化合物的上面还是在下面？如果是在化合物的上面，那他是利
用什么原理增强信号的？

Au NP喷在固体表面上做检测的我印象里面也不少。
这篇文章主要的意义是镀了一层silica作保护膜，可以避免金银的氧化和毒性问题。这
层silica又必须非常薄，~10nm，否则local field就穿不出来了。
老田这篇的introduction写的非常误导，他这东西和TERS屁关系都没有，倒是应该把
以前AuNP的work好好summarize一下。

而普通的SERS是，金银是要在被分析物的下方。
