网上有零购，可以试试西班牙餐馆，俺去过一家，serrano ham做的tapas，滋味比
costco的要好一些，下次再试试iberico ham。
记忆中最美味的是小时候吃过的猪油酱油拌饭，后来再找不回来那种味道了。。。 |

发帖数: 1732 | 6 大鱼大肉都吃腻了吧，我来贡献一个牛油果salad的方子吧，这几天就靠这个撑着呢，
要不上火的都受不了了。。。
1， 牛油果两个，切成1cm到2cm的丁，放入器皿
2， vine ripe tomato 三个，一定要那种汁多熟到刚好的，切成丁，放入
3， 黄洋葱，半个，切丁，放入
4， serrano pepper, 两个，切成细丁，放入
5， 香菜，一小撮，切碎，放入
6， baby spinach 视个人喜好，我加了不少。
7， lime 两个，挤入lime juice，
8， 加salt and black pepper
9, Option: 加一点点red wine vinegar
然后搅和搅和，就成了 清爽可口的 牛油果salad！ ：）
忘记拍照片了，每次都迅速被干掉。。。下次拍。。：） |

偶去的是CAPUTO，不常去，经典买的东西就是SERRANO HAM和做TIRAMISU的LADY FINGER
和 mascarpone cheese，还有意大利产的通心粉，橄榄油啥的。这家店还常有中国蔬菜
，象冬瓜，长豆，苦瓜啥的，不过豆腐很贵，要四刀一盒。偶这次还买了SPAGHETTI
SQUASH，很有意思的一道菜。 |

courses like los serranos, oak quarry, empire lake, san dimas canyon, cayote
hills, etc
i try to stay away from publics now, they are jammed with slow playing
koreans...
u can join me as a guest at western hills, usually 18 holes here = 3.5 hours
greens are very well kept |

现在成都很流行鲜花椒、鲜辣椒的咚咚。
和传统的干辣椒、干花椒，外加豆瓣酱的酱香味不一样。挺好吃的。
我自己试着做过，不过是杂交品种：花椒用干的，辣椒用劳模店的的serrano。 |
