我问了问另一个同事，特NICE一个OLD LADY.和我老板关系也很好的。她说可以
送花到funeral home,或者donate(好些这种的DONATE叫memorial,当事人家里会有指定的
教堂或者慈善基金)。她说FLOWERS很合适。然后问了另一个也住在LOCAL的女同事要了一
个她知道比较好的FLORIST的电话，打电话去订了花。看来LOCAL地方挺小，一说就都知道
是那家的FUNERAL了。告诉了CARD上要写的话，留了名字，给了信用卡，她说会在明天SER
VICE之前DELIVER。我本来还以为今天应该DELIVER，结果不是那样的，因为每天可能有不
同的Funeral.
嗯，就是这样。

In my case, it means nobody ever assigned to the case yet. My I-485 is in "
Pending Service Consideration" ever since this Feb. when I first inquired
the case status. The funny thing is my husband got the PSC response for the
inquiry while I got "security check delay". I guess that's 2 of their major
templates which really not meaning anything.
Not until last time when we finally met a friendly CSR (lucky day!) who is

简单来说，USCIS有两三个center处理绿卡最后的485批准，但是现在Texas Center的处
理时间比全国平均处理时间慢3个月，比处理最快的center慢了4、5个月。这个不仅仅
是晚几天拿卡的问题，而是由于现在排期很快会倒退，一旦倒退本来可以马上拿卡的人
又要等一年，所以这个签名是给议员发信，让他们去催USCIS解决这个问题。
