教授，因違反法院對他發出的禁制令，擅自接觸女事主，昨日再次被捕。法律界人士表
示，在走過法律程序之後，該學者極有可能被遣返回中國。由於家暴案的妻子目前正受
法院禁制令(Restraining Order)的保護，所以曾凡剛不得再接觸受害人。
但阿拉美達警局發言人布萊德利(SGT Bradley)表示，昨日早上9時18分接報，男方再次
回到妻子所在的住所，違反法院禁制令，所以再度將他逮捕。
布萊德利表示，目前曾凡剛再被收押之前關押的北縣監獄(North County Jail)，至於
其妻及當時狀況，布萊德利說，該案涉及家庭暴力，不能透露更多詳情。
地檢署拒透露之前為何不起訴

gun permit holder list in December.
