、九天、天赖、成都巡演网……一个都不少地点了一遍。再之后，当然是点开张小杰的
博客，检查这小子有没有偷爬上来的痕迹，结果就被张小杰凌晨贴上来的那段shake得
要死的视频shake up到了！
话说也不知是张小杰的技术太shake、姨妈的网速太shake、还是博客在线人数太
shake的缘故，这一小段张小杰扬言了好久终于抽空贴上来的视频，又晃又卡，看得姨
妈那叫一个汗啊~~话说当初张小杰shake了下bon bon，震撼当场。没想到张TX你的视频
也是这么shake的！，而且，就是这么shake的视频，居然让姨妈的心，酸酸的，水水的
，小小SPA了一下。
看第一遍，shake得姨妈我头昏眼花咯。可能是因为隆哥和吉老大火拼时隆哥的愤
然和吉老大的哀怨，摄影师傅shake张就一直笑一直笑一直笑，镜头下隆哥、吉老大和
张远TX就一直晃一直晃一直晃……边上还有个躺在沙发上合着帽子小睡的不知道是谁，
ＣＳTX？
又看一遍，姨妈的心里，就有点水水的了。

我在上学校的zumba class，觉得还蛮好玩的，但是感觉里面亚洲学生普遍都是booty
shake很僵硬，不
知道是没有找对方式还是练习少了。booty circle没有问题（转圈的扭），但是很高频
的shake都很难看
(视频里的7:00处)，老师看起来只有屁股在动，但是我就是全身都是乱摆。。很尴尬，
但是不shake就感觉
少了乐趣啊！晕~！ 请问大家是怎么练习的，还有看到有人的booty shake可以分开两
边的（就是只shake
一边），这是不是更需要高难度的技巧+训练？

没有之一。
就是mira mesa的H-mart旁边那家。好像一般没人买他们的咖啡喝。他们喊了我们的号
儿以后，就没给咖啡。我催了无数次，又亲眼看到两个mm手忙脚乱的在那里鼓捣咖啡机
，然后才拿到了一杯具有催吐功能的咖啡，满是化学添加剂的味道。
还有那个草莓味儿的shake，太难喝了，除了甜就是甜，齁儿死了。
我也是第一次买他们的咖啡和shake，以后肯定是不会再买这两样了。 |

有时非常严重并且发动机就自动熄火，必须要重新打火，但是只要开起来就没什么事。
有时候停在那里等红灯的时候也会感觉到时不时的shake，但还没有熄过火。请大家给
分析一下有可能是哪里有问题呢？
补充一下，几个月前，engine灯亮了，查过后有好接个code，但后来电池死掉，换了个
新电池，engine灯就不亮了，开了有近一千mile了，engine灯还没亮，不知道是不是原
来亮就是电池的问题。现在不亮了还能去recheck engine error code 吗？

在做bacterial artificial chromosome constructs，实验室没人做过,大家都比较紧
张。我在筛clone,按照别人给的protocol,clone 长出来后，先挑在100微升的LB,长一
会，再分开几部分作functional test, pcr,之类的筛选。因为medium有tetracycline,
要避光，我就把含有colony的eppen tube放在盒子里，shaking,这样既避光，也方便。
然后，下午老板问我了这个问题，他说，老板娘告诉他，somebody is shaking plates
(其实他们知道是我，因为用的是30度 shaker,就我在用，他们有时要避光的plates,也是放在盒子里，在放在这个shaker,因为没有另外的30度incubator）
这样的常识我还是知道的。就算一时糊涂，也是浪费一些电而已。在这个实验室，我已
经是小心小心再小心了。知道老板娘，什么都看在眼里。可是你别看错啊，还马上打报告。真郁闷。 |

就是杏仁露了，一般美国超市卖牛奶的旁边就有
unsweetened的一个240ml只有40cal（同样体积的skim milk有90 cal）
缺点是protein含量比牛奶低很多（1g vs 10g）
但是热量低了一倍多，口感比skim milk好（我加splenda喝或者对protein shake）
而且其他乱七八糟营养成分都比牛奶多，比如
（1 serving，240ml）
Vit A 10%
Calcium 30%
Iron 4%
Vit D 25%
Vit E 50% （妇女同胞最爱？）
Riboflavin 2%
Magnesium 4%

But when braking on highway (>40 miles/h), the whole car shaking. From
outside I can see some rust on the surface of both front and rear rotors in
the left side. The front pairs of rotor was replaced in 2008. I don't know
how come only the left side rotors get rusty. Do I need to replace all of
them including pads? Thank you. |
