其实liangzhi提到的配偶移民问题，恰恰说明了同性婚姻的必要性。
在我看来，婚姻最最重要的作用就是在法律上给予配偶关系最大的保护。它并不是保护
婚姻中的任何一方，而是保护这个关系。说白了，就是不人为的给这个关系的保持制造
麻烦，以及解决有可能出现的麻烦。移民政策就是一个最好的例子。
配偶关系不象一般的朋友关系，可以“海内存知己，天涯若比邻”，long distance的
配偶
关系是不人道的。而移民政策中允许配偶双方同进同退，其实就是基于这种人道考虑。
再比如很多公司学校等等帮助解决two body issue，也是基于同样的人道考虑。
对于同性恋人来说，long distance的不人道跟异性恋人没有区别。那么肯定同性婚姻，
并在移民政策里与异性婚姻同等对待，也就是非常应该的。至于说到shame marriage，
同性恋人不去反抗不公平的婚姻政策，反而找个异性假结婚，那才叫shame。 |

关于梁警官案件的讨论网络上已经很多了，这里不再复述。华人社区的游行集结号也已
经发出并得到了很大的响应。写这篇文章的目的，是想抛砖引玉，和大家讨论下，在游
行或者向非华人群体表述整个事件的时候，怎样的叙事方式更有力、更能帮助华人社区
争取到其他社群支持。尤其在当下这个Black Lives Matter的舆论环境下，我们的游行
是要更多结盟，而非树敌。
看到梁警官被指控 manslaughter in the second degree时，我是很震惊的。虽然知道
因为他开枪致死了无辜的黑人格里，但是怎么也想不到居然被陪审团裁定那么重的罪名
。自然而然的反应就是，为什么偏偏是他？尤其得知致死Michael Brown和Eric Garner
的白人警官安然无恙、甚至都没有被起诉的时候，一种深深的不平感油然而生。要游行
！要发声！

怎么还有人上当？
还记得当年LIA游说的罗富贵法案，因为经济危机紧急讨论，直接被下架
后面有印象的几个stem法案，都是不了了之，什么捆绑非移，西裔帮分裂，部分赞成，
共和党主张，参院两党合作，格老，这些东西我一个新警察都听了快十年成了老油子了
，怎么还有人信这个东西？
