下个月interview,婚姻出现问题，男方不愿参加。
问题：
1。婚姻真实，6年，最近一年分居，男方出墙。如果移民官知道是不是interview 一定
不过？
2。document上要求两个人一起去，如果男方坚持不去interview还有没有办法过？
3。有两个孩子，interview要不要带去？让孩子跟着飞一趟也很累。男方不去光带两个
孩子有用么？

早上收到message，有update.因为之前被RFE过，要公司的税收，所以知道这次可能是
结果：一查，是被锯。
HR后来也给了我Fax的信，理由有二
１。Offer letter 上写的是Sr. Eng.，不符合Research
２。我的工资单算下来，不够我的年度工资（我修了产假，所以工资不全）
小的start up 公司，所以没有足够资金证明（税表）
HR很好，说可以跟我的头头说，该一下position。
很难受，不知道appeal 容易否？要好长时间？HR说可以给我找律师。。。
揪接中。。。

clearly", and "obviouly" in it, there must be something that is unclear or
nonobvious.
Shameprof, I only intend this to be a friendly discussion. I do not practice
con law, and did poorly on that subject in law school. I would like to see
some clarification to help me understand the issue. So please don't think
otherwise. Thank you.
I just don't see how the school can be "clearly" wrong. You see there is no
