在國際政治上，2014是非常精采和豐富的一年。YST個人認為2014發生了四件特別重要
的大事，現在讓我們好生回顧和檢討它們。
1. 俄羅斯和烏克蘭的問題
2014年最重大的國際事件就是俄國 “悍然”收回克里米亞。普丁這一步棋真可謂牽一
髮而動全局，國際局勢因這一步棋而全面改觀了，特別是全球的能源供應和歐洲的新冷
戰，所以這是我們首先要談論的大事。
大家都知道克里米亞半島是一個戰略要地，因為它控制整個黑海。透過血腥的克里米亞
戰爭（1853~1856），俄帝國和法帝國、英帝國與奧圖曼帝國交戰，最後，俄帝國從奧
圖曼帝國奪得克里米亞。所以，當年俄國沙皇是付出鮮血的代價才將克里米亞這塊風水
寶地弄到手的。
1954年，赫魯雪夫做蘇聯總書記的時候，不知是出於私心（赫魯雪夫是烏克蘭人）或其
他什麼歷史文化和經濟發展等冠冕堂皇的理由，居然把這塊寶地劃歸了烏克蘭，以至於
1991年蘇聯分裂時，克里米亞半島很自然地就歸屬烏克蘭，永久脫離了俄羅斯。

上周四晚上网购了好几件衣服到了，还有一套被罩。
下班到家匆忙中试了新衣服，然后把新衣服和被罩和其他laundry一起拿到洗衣房洗了。
回来把被瓤套上被罩，把洗好的衣服折叠，挂好。
然后把想退的新衣服（BR）拿到mall去退了，顺便试了一下几个新款。
当晚发现洗好的衣服里，丢了pillow sham。
印象里是把它一起洗了的。
然后周五发现badge不见了。
今天把家里，洗衣房哪儿哪儿都找遍了，都没有。
生活里就是有很多的谜团，有些东西就是不见了。
而为什么badge和pillow sham一起丢了，也是一个谜。
我一般做事很有条理，极少丢东西。
那天是有多个进程，开包装，试衣服，把退的衣服包装，去洗衣房洗衣服，换休闲服去
mall退衣服。
多线程控制不够好。
现在badge找不到，就是debug都找不出错。

英国广播公司（BBC）报道称，停火协议于伦敦格林尼治时间29日22时（大马士革时间

不过据今日俄罗斯（RT）报道，普京在会见外交部长和国防部长时表示，这个目前已达
成的（停火）协议还是比较脆弱。我们需要特殊的关注和耐心、专业的态度，与我们的
伙伴保持密切联系。
普京还透露，这个停火协议由三部分组成，第一部分由叙利亚政府和反对派签署，旨在
叙全境内停止敌对状态；第二部分是关于管控停火的一系列措施；第三部分是愿意调节
叙利亚问题的声明。
普京称，这项协议是俄罗斯、土耳其、伊朗三方共同努力的结果。“我们不仅要控制停
火，还要扮演叙利亚和平进程的监督者。”

你如果把这个例子写成论文送去评审，其他评审的也肯定会问这些问题。
前后一小时，有可能是安慰剂效应，所以做实验一定要做sham对照组。
前面我转载了一个针灸的文章，英文的，很长，就不推荐你看了。
是很多针灸研究的综述。最后结论就是：
不针灸，针灸，假针灸三组，针灸和假针灸都明显比不针灸要有效。
但是针灸和假针灸这两组没有显著性差异。
假针灸就是sham对照组，根据目的不同有多种做法，
有的是用一个尖的牙签刺痛同一个地方但不刺入，
有的是用其它穴位代替，有的是完全非穴位的地方扎。
这就说明针灸的效应主要是安慰剂效应。 |

fitted sheet： 这个是床罩
flat sheet： 这个是床单
sham： 这个是枕头套
这三个通常是一套的，叫做sheet set。
suppose你的人呢， 是睡在fitted sheet上， flat sheet下，头挨着sham
所以这个set通常要买好的，纯棉的， 800 thread， 1000thread什么的你按照自己的
经济能力来选。
被子呢， 一般的quilt 或者comforter面料都是化纤的， 这个是放在flat sheet上配
套使用的， 不直接接触你的皮肤。
还有一个选择是用duvet cover， 这个跟我们国内的体系比较接近。 光被子外面套
duvet cover然后可以直接盖身上。 duvet cover通常也是纯棉的， 价钱比较贵。
我一般用duvet cover， 天气冷的时候再上一层flat sheet。 |

Not sure about bedding set 和 comforter sheet.
Typical "bed in a bag" has comforter, sheet set(fitted & flat sheets, pillow
cases or shams) and bed skirt.
Quilt sheet is more for decoration purpose? I'm not sure. |

#9 算符的local与否，这里的local按Parr&Yang (2.1.24)的定义，和L(S)DA/GGA无关
。LDA的定义是
E_{xc}^{LDA}[\rho]=\int \rho(r) \varepsilon(\rho) dr (Parr&Yang的7.4.1)
包括后续的GGA,(8.7.1)等，在数学上很容易验证他们对应的算符都是local的，因为
LDA/GGA的泛函形式不存在HF里交换算符的情况。
然后，是Kohn-Sham方案的定义:

Dubai.
I am in Construction industry so I would like to share my thoughts. The project is small, since the tower' height is 80m
only. But I think this is positive for Stp future. Dubai is very hot. Most of Thor roof top won't be feasible for people to
access. If say 100 towers followed sham tower, Stp will make a foutune just in Dubai.

你做了，证明是有效的，你这仍然是evidence-based medicine,你没法在西医理论体系
里解释其原理，所以你这个是无效的。很多反中医的说废医存药，其实根本不了解很多
药方都是根据中医理论，五行，相生相克，搞出来的，而且很多药方是 personal
tailored的，像18反19畏，中药和中医完全就是毛和皮的关系。当然不是说现存的中医
理论就正确，但是要是完全靠分析中药的活性成分，估计很多药方离消亡也不远了。最
典型的一个例子就是针灸，当然这个不属于草药的范畴。在现有的clinical trials里
，即使是反方也大部分观察到了它的效果。但是因为经络西医解释不了，就硬要搞出一
个sham acupuncture,然后说是安慰剂作用。靠这种方法来研究中医，纯粹就是削足适
