按照惯例，他早就内定了太子加以培养，这人就是
原雷达的名人堂成员art shell。不过davis觉得
shell准备不足，暂时还不足以挑重担，而且当时

was Shanahan's idea -- i assumed a coach with his statue also has a lot of
say in personnel (de facto GM like Belichick). I thought the story was that
Shanahan gambled the team's future on RG3 to save his own job.
So now RG3 is not his pick after all? Cousins was his guy?
Redskins are doomed for a few years. aside from talent/picks, all their
personnel is based on Shanahan's system.

9人仓库里几本上乘武功秘籍，其中有西岸进攻，Bill Walsh所创，这三位Mike都读懂
了，跑到别队拿了戒指。
Mike Holmgren是Bill Walsh手把手叫出来的，嫡传大弟子。
Mike Shanahan做9人OC的时候，Bill Walsh已经退休，没师傅教，捧着西岸进攻秘籍硬
啃，看不懂的时候，可以打电话到绿湾，让Mike Holmgren解释。奇怪吧，绿湾的主教
练指点9人的OC，确实是真的，因为绿湾把Mike Holmgren挖去的时候，9人提了这个条
件，绿湾答应了。这么看来，Mike Holmgren有点师兄代师傅的意思。后来Shanahan和
Holmgren在1997赛季超级杯上对撼，互相知根知底，上演NFL经典Super Bowl，绝对是
史上最精彩，没有之一。

Falcons got Pro Bowler Alex Mack from Browns in 2016 and had OL beefed up

阿呆和这两个人都有个人恩怨，孰是孰非本来就很难说，
一些NFL御用文人的歪曲事实的报道不看也罢，link给的再多也没用。
阿呆是没善待这几个人，但对象是allen,shanahan这几个个人，
而不是球员、教练，以偏盖全不是事实。
对球员、教练的态度，更说明问题的应该是对那些没有个人往来，
素昧平生的员工的态度。举个例子，雷达97年的2nd round draft pick
leon bender，合同谈拢了还没来得及签字就发病过世了。
阿呆表示他会honor合同，尽管人不在了，但还是要将几年的薪水
一分不少交给bender的遗孀。NFL官方不同意，为什么呢？
因为NFL球员出意外的情况不少，如果阿呆做出了这么一个榜样，
那其它老板事到临头如果不照样给钱就会挨骂，给钱吧，
几百万刀到底不是小数目，心疼。所以NFL极力反对，
还说你付钱可以，但必须在salary cap上扣，而且这个过世的球员，
必须占据你raiders roster的一个名额。

“它一点也不怕我们。”居民瑞克-夏纳罕(Rick Shanahan)提到春季里他多次遇到的一只郊狼时说。这只郊狼在Glen Rouge Park袭击了他的狗。
夏纳罕身高6英尺，他的狗——King，一只混血伯恩山犬和Rocky，一只拉布拉多犬混血犬，体重均在90磅。

2018年12月7日，第119届“海陆大战”前，美国海军学院橄榄球队拉拉队在五角大楼里
寻求支持，偶遇沙纳汉。
帕特里克·沙纳汉生于1962年，华盛顿大学机械工程学士，MIT机械工程硕士，MIT斯隆
管理学院MBA。在他2017年出任美国国防部副部长前，只有在一家公司任职的经历，那
就是波音公司。
2018年10月19日，沙纳汉陪同特朗普访问卢克空军基地，了解F-35飞行员的训练情况。
沙纳汉1986年加入波音公司，参与波音777项目，先后在737、747、767项目部任职。之
