我发现mop是一个很独特的论坛，我从中有了不少意外的收获，为了感谢mop和广大猫友，
我将我在监狱的亲身经历写出来，算是对猫扑做一点儿贡献吧！
前些天在mop上看了一篇名为《告诉你一个真实的监狱》的贴子，看罢后感慨良多。但楼
主说的是九十年代初的中国监狱，现在监狱有了很大的变化，已经不是那个样子了。况且
楼主是监狱内的狱警家属，楼主本人并没有蹲过监狱，所以楼主对监狱内犯人的生活还并
不是了解得很透彻。下面，我就要以一个刚刚释放一年的服刑人员的身份，向大家全面描
述我是如何由一个大学生变为一个合格罪犯的过程。以下内容，保证原创，若有半句假话

首先申明，法律上的事情没有标准答案，一件事可以从这个角度去辩也可以从那一个角
度去辩。现在看来，很多人认为从法律上说BC夫妇是没有责任的，BC只有道义上的责任
。笔者作为一名奸诈的律师，假想A愿意掏钱请我来打这么一场官司。那么我会作如下
辩护（或分析）：
1. BC没有车，所以邀A一起去，这实质上是BC租了A的车和服务，不过租金为0或很低。
2. 假想如果BC只是租了A的车而没有租A的服务，那么返回时，如果A发现车有问题，可
以向BC索赔，我想这个大家都没有意见。BC向A赔偿后再向有责任的第三方索赔。
3.如果BC租了A的车又租了A的服务，上述索赔的顺序依然有效。不过如果是由于A的服
务引起车的损害，则属于2中的一个特例。这种情况下，逻辑上A向BC索赔，BC向第三方
索赔，但第三方却又是A，所以赔款的流向是A > BC >A，最后的结果是A自已赔自己。

似乎专心了一点，老师问故事讲了什么也可以答出来一点儿了。
去年一直有不肯share的问题，老师说她现在是个good sharer，可以用problem
solving skill来处理问题了。现在会和小朋友说，can I play this when you are
done?
最后一点就是非常的caring，很愿意帮助老师收拾教师，也很愿意帮助其他的小朋友。
昨天新来了一个小朋友，据说微米全天guide her to show everything 。
我觉得她这些进步和最近英文的进步很有关系。建议担心的父母们去孩子班里
volunteer一天，这样绝对能起到帮助他们的作用。我就是在volunteer了一天后，观察
出来了微米的很多问题，同时和老师商量了一下我在家应该怎么帮助她进步。
比如以前我们在家只很偶而的和她讲英文，但是会教她把中文和英文的词汇对照起来。
有一天她自己说，宝贝把牛奶spill了，宝贝把牛奶洒了，spill就是洒了。我们才发觉

一想到质量，就不由自主地联想到重量。但是对于粒子，质量与重量应是关系不大了吧，
因此在量子物理中称粒子在高速状态下质量会改变有什么意义呢？我的意思是说，这个质
量是怎么测出来的？大约也是根据能量推出来的吧。所以不好说粒子"轻"了，而是一个假
设的物理量不符合常规的定义了。 |

小时候看了一篇介绍相对论的书，看不懂，只知道以超光速旅行时间会倒转。
于是我就试着自己找个解释，解释如下：
假如一个人在2003年元旦在一光年外的A点看地球，他看到是2002年元旦时的地球，若同
时在3光年外的B点看地球，看到是2000年元旦的地球。现在让这个人以2倍光速从A点飞到
B点，花了1年时间（AB相距3-1=2光年），当他到达B点时再看地球他看到是2001年元旦的
地球（对吧）。因此对这个人而言时光倒退了一年（从2002年退到2001年）
可笑还是有理？ |
