I somehow agree with DSD that if you are still reluant to change yourself,
nor find your edge and keep sharpen your edge after your first 2 trading
years, trading may be not a good shoe on you.

performance. Also, do not pay too much attention on those non-repeatable
winning cases (such as someone bought sun or sold leh at its peak). Just
like lottery with much higher winning rate, there will always be someone who
got it but not necessarily you.
Learn from daniu such as wavelets, vakie, zijing, lily, neverlearn, rim etc.
to see how do they use the knowledge and edge to consistently beat the
market.

美国对印度每年的外包类软件和服务类的贸易逆差连续多年都是一年几百亿的金额，只
不过不管那叫逆差。甚至都没人管那叫外贸，更有甚者像各大公司内部印度部门的研发
开支这一类的投入，估计都被算成美国自己的GDP了,真不知道应该叫什么,虽然从办公
大楼水电煤气的基础设施到人员工资和技术投入,都是在印度本土的。而抛开那些各个
大公司在班家罗尔连篇的办公区不说，就说印度自己的外包服务公司拿到的单子就是一
年几百亿美元。印度还在疯狂贬值其货币。算上硅谷各大公司内部研发在印度的投入，
那应该是一年上千亿美元的规模了。而这产值还是信息流，绿色环保，不需要能源运输
和污染。
可是中国的对美所谓顺差里面是所有iphone/ipad产品，还有三星等等，自己的品牌几

对于自己的一些重要的presentation, 把想说的话全部写下来
反复修改内容，每句话逻辑关系，互相捏合都要好好推敲
然后反复演习，语调，手势，表情，眼神。。。

行）的新画布，去网上看看要求，调合适（contrast要稍微调一下或者curve一下，也许要sharpen），然后再设一个

码相机拍的话，不会有上述问题，所以这个可以省去。
然后你做一下sharpen就可以了。
你需要关心的问题是你是否舍得下着大雪的时候拿相机跑出去拍，或者路上又是泥有是
水，手冷得按不下快门的时候还有没有兴致去拍。技术问题远没有你想象的重要。 |

photos you post, but I also like the color in mine.
Yes, I use the tungsten BL, but I also manually fine tone the BL to whatever
I like. If you were there, try other BL setting in you camera, see if you
can get it better without and post retouch color?
MET's light environment is complicated, not just regular Tungsten or
Florescent.
About 3/4, are they really blur? maybe you are right about zip it too much,
maybe post sharpen |

The company is a decent, growing, public-trading company,
401K matching, annual bonus...all the standard crap...
Doesn't hurt to come in for an interview. At least it will
sharpen up your interview skills if you are on the market
hunting. Just my one cent.
GL. BTW, the company is friendly to the H1 holders, so no issue
on that front. |
