“郗小星案”，“梁彼得案”。。。在美华人，到底该怎样维护和促进自己的利益？大

1. 认清华人（或亚裔）在美国的地位。 美国国内最大的问题之一，就是“族群之争”
。现阶段，主要集中在“黑白之争”，但是随着西裔人口在美国的快速扩张，西裔也加
入了战团。而作为在美的人口弱势群体，华人甚至亚裔族群，还是一个“末流”，还处
在被人歧视和打压的地位。在美的华人，虽然大部分都从事着教育，工程，医药等看似
“高级”的工作，但是作为一个整体族群，还是处于非常非常弱势的地位。黑人和西裔
，都在通过政治团体，国会议员，民间运动等多种形式维护和争取更多的利益，而华人
或亚裔，好像一个旁观者，看着别人拿走自己可以争取的利益。
2. 认清美国的现实 ---“丛林社会”。 这个“丛林社会”不是狭义的“丛林社会”，
而是披着“民主，自由，普世价值”外衣的进化中的“丛林社会”。这个”丛林社会“

我前面发文倡议大家要支持黑人反种族歧视，但是并不意味着就是倡议不要与黑人斗争
。正如我所说的，要边支持边斗争。两回事。但是怎样把两者协调统一起来呢？
华人怎么样才能有效与他们斗争呢？第一自己要敢于暴力反制，比如不久前有个华人餐
馆老板把持枪抢劫的黑人一枪打死，不负刑责。这样的事多发生几次他们就怕了。老莫
就是这样最终使得黑人望而止步不敢太放肆的。第二必须行动起来制止美加司法系统对
黑人侵犯华人的纵容，这个华人的路还长以后再说。第三，最容易做到的就是要用政治
手段直接对黑人做启蒙和警示让他们认识到他们欺负华人的后果。这最后一条每个人都
可以做而且我成功了。我的经验证明如果大家都做就会有成效。
我与黑人的第一次较量是跟两个北加州联邦法庭的黑人法官，Hamilton 和Armstrong.
我去联邦法庭控告美国政府和一个加大伯克利的一个白人教授James Cahill，告他们与
加拿大政府共谋迫害我。（过去在这里贴过我的故事的大概）。这时候第一个法官就是

那个黑人女警官是NYPD内部的charge。即使如此，也的确也是一种替罪羊。还有另外一
个折断脖子黑人案子里的黑人警官也成了两个直接伤害黑人死者的替罪羊，被以谋杀罪
起诉。但是黑人受了替罪羊的委屈，黑人自己都不抗议示威游行，却要靠华人社区来为
他们出头，不合情理。黑人什么时候为了华人受种族主义压迫出头了？20年前有过。那
也是华人社区自己在同时抗议。现在的黑人早把自己看成是主流的一分子，常常跟主流
合谋欺负其他少数民族。要想别人帮，自己得行动。为什么黑人不参加华人游行抗议被

在遭到主体民众抛弃之后，这个国家（政治地区）、这个联盟的统治集团也必然垮台崩
溃而不可能指望受惠于他们的其他族群鼎力支持，因为在他们政策下“多闹多得”的族
群只是把他们当作不劳而获汲取不成比例政治经济资源的工具，而无论个人还是群体，
都不可能对自己能够呼来喝去、用以不劳而获攫取资源的工具产生任何忠诚，只可能用
完之后弃若敝屣，而形形色色的优惠扶植政策只是增强了他们汲取的能力与胃口。
一旦依靠部分真实构建起来的多元文化史观和相应政治观主宰社会，使得各少数族裔不
是靠认同主流文化传统而赢得上升渠道，而是依靠认同不同于主流文化传统的少数身份
而更能赢得上升机会，美国社会的统一能力也就开始动摇了。受逆向歧视、担忧国家性
质根本颠覆的美国传统主体民众大批抛弃“政治正确”的“建制派”政客，转而支持特

1。当年的黑人被行政手段强行隔离，禁止参与社会上的许多事，投票受限，当然也不
能和白人结婚。今天，黑人社区条件仍然很差，社会地位差，就业机会少，被警察
profile。最主要的，黑人一张脸放在那里，想躲也躲不掉。同性恋从一开始在行政上
只受过一个限制，就是有anti-sodomy法律，这还不是光限制同性行为的，而且也没怎么
实施过。更不用说今天了，同性恋在媒体中随意穿梭，像黑人一样可以任意把反对派冠
上歧视或者仇恨的帽子，属于无形中受政治正确保护的群体。相对黑人，同性恋有非常
大的灵活性，可以选择何时何地向谁透露自己的身份。
2。黑人这几年基本上就Al Sharpton和Jesse Jackson这些职业叽歪人物时不时抗议一
下，比如上次白人警察抓黑人教授的事情。同性恋有几个大组织，许许多多各个层次的
分会，还有大量左愤支持，到处搞些歪直联会，歪直学联这些如同护卫队的东西，到处

called in and cast huge doubts on O'Dumba even tho he is black. So, for all

I'm kinda sure there are many black rebels out there - unfortunately, their

的律师，律师反复强调的一句话就是，曝你们地址是我第一修正案的权利，至于后果是
什么，我不在乎。各方都用词都比较平和，各方情绪都很稳定。
然后换到MSNBC，是Sharpton的，看了一会，觉得说话的口气，用词什么的，似乎和NBC
这样的台有比较大的差距。
然后又换到CNN，觉得虽然也是左派台，但是Cooper说话还是有风度的。Morgan这方面
差很多。
根据这个把月看这几个台的感觉，我觉得是如果只看左派新闻台，看得太多了，人就有
些戾气了，说话火药味就大了。大多数左派同学本质都是好的，吵架没意思。 |

Chicago去年gun down 500人，今年1月超过40人，outpaced last year.
NYC则是历年gun murder最少。出现连续7天没有murder.
对比NYC和Chicago就像对比东德和西德一样。

I have no confidence that the Brunswick authorities will ensure justice. I
would ask for Federal involvement. With a history of racism and segregation
what else can we expect from Georgia. I do hope that Al Sharpton or other
prominent leader shows up. Why is the police intimidating the teens families
? Just because they are poor, uneducated, and black?
