琼瑶剧，我不甘心那。男人与女人之间的区别又一次裸体呈现。女人在得到soul满足的

从到了柏林以后，race前两天carb loading

这么吃了两天，吃得很绝望
race那天早晨起来一层楼的人都相继蹲坑，ms没蹲够
之前我还说，每次跑到7，8迈买就想大号，这可怎么办呢
结果跑起来到第快16公里的时候果然。。。
厕所很少，而且排队，看上去很悲剧
柏林绿化很好，总有小树丛，一路上看了不少男生面对小树丛
不由得感叹，性别优势阿
又忽然看到有mm蹦跶蹦跶跳到小树丛里边
偶尔还看到mm们忽然站起来提裤子，有shaved了的，有没shaved的
我琢磨了一会没shaved的肯定是法国mm，又琢磨了一会可能也不是那么回事
又过了好几个小树林，看到了无数跳来跳去的mm和gg
过了20公里自己不行了~~~心一横，想，下次再看到树林我也跳进去
后来被我盼到一个，跳进去一看，厄，里边已经有2个mm了
大家嘿嘿一笑，各自解决问题
由于心理作用，我不停的摘叶子，摘叶子，摘叶子
后来觉得，嗯，时间耽误得差不多了，还是赶路吧

Waimea Canyon area: 无数的hiking trail，比大峡谷小，但是五彩的山脉更加绚丽。
有几条岔路通到海边的悬崖(ridge trail)也值得一走。最顶上的trail在世界上最潮湿
的沼泽地，既难走也没什么好看。也许从山腰往下到瀑布的trail更好一些。不爱
hiking的可以开车兜一圈，沿途几个观光点都是精髓。
Kalalau trail: 这是一条走了之后会让人魂牵梦萦的trail. 在Na pali coast,山脉像
刀锋一样，一把一把的插入海洋，这条路从Kee beach上山，在一个个刀锋上绵延曲折
。全程11英里，路的尽头是另一个海滩，要是能走完全程，可算是人生hiking的一个亮
点了。
Beach: 我觉得东面的海滩比较普通，北面的和南面的各有所长。反正在夏威夷，撞着

定下这个旅程也是随性，觉得好累，就说去夏威夷玩玩。问了朋友，定下maui岛，按推
荐的 kaanapali beach找了个resort， 3天就定下了，10天后就飞了。只是我们第一
次不带计划的旅行，但是大人小孩都很开心。
还是写下些什么，给喜欢计划的朋友参考 ：）

我们住的whaler condo 带厨房的海景房，阳台上的view 非常漂亮。一边是大海和海滩
，一边是高尔夫球场和棕榈树。
对于喜欢夜生活，不是非常care 价格的同学，我推荐kaanapali beach whlaer
village 附近. 我们 whaler condo的大概250 一晚。 如果你银子多多，可以住比
condo 更好的resort. 凯悦的resort 就在旁边，非常漂亮，相水帘洞一样的pool, 有
flamingo 的花园，凯悦一楼还有好多小商店，很有特点的艺术品和纪念品。 尤其推荐
6点以后的whaler village 周边。太阳下去了，有shopping center, 有show, 随处都

发帖数: 647 | 13 话说今年家里老人们来，想种菜养鸡，菜地去年秋天开了，今春小苗们也入驻了，注意
力转向养鸡一项。
六只小鸡是在本地tractor supply买的，3月中旬取鸡的时候约摸一周大，也没太挑品
种，有什么就买了什么，这个品种是ISA BROWN, 也算有名的蛋鸡，是罗德岛红和罗德
岛白的杂交（黄色的小鸡是母鸡，白色的小鸡是公鸡，也算是方便捡选），店里啥都有
，于是一车就买完了初期全部装备：小鸡，水盆，食盆，小鸡饲料，垫底的pine
shaving,加热的红外灯罩和灯泡，花费约~70
回到家，找个lowe's的最大纸箱，放进食盆水盆，底下垫上pine shaving,小鸡们就有
了第一个家，刚开始它们的鸡均面积还是相当可观，一个个毛茸茸也甚是可爱
很快发现小鸡们很爱把pine shaving弄进水盆里，然后再加上拉的粑粑，饮用水质量堪
忧，于是用牛奶壶做了个简易的水壶，挂在一旁，算是解决了饮用水的问题
慢慢的小鸡真是鸡大十八变，六周的小鸡们就长成这样了
好吧我承认这鸡均面积就太不够用了，更何况，这箱子也快拦不住它们了

我右脚小拇指内侧突然发现一个大概直径3mm的黑痣 三个月以前突然发现 从针尖大小
长到现在2mm x 2mm 所以长得比较迅
外观看是平行线状色素分布，明显有三条平行的黑线组成。我研究了一下，
differential的诊断无外乎是肢端黑色素瘤或者一般黑痣 看网上论文说区分 acral
lentiginous melanoma in situ 和 Acral Junctional Nevus 的最好办法就是看看色
素分布是

greater risk of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) than those who do not
