后院有个很小的shed，之前都挺好的。不知道为什么最近开始有小动物在shed顶上便便
，最开始一坨，昨天发展到一晚上就出现7~8坨。不知道是松鼠的还是racoon的。。。
隔壁邻居来找了好几遍，说不卫生，怕被雨冲到他那边去之类的。。。
问题是：
1） 我妈以前会在后院拿花生喂松鼠，现在也不敢喂了，就看着小松鼠在门外台阶上站
的端端正正的等着，好可怜的。。。喂松鼠会招racoon么？
2） 大家有什么好办法尽量无害地驱赶后院的这些小动物么？ |

要盖个shed，不知道都有什么利弊，好像盖个shed也得要2k左右，所以上来请教一下经

发帖数: 4844 | 6 说是4节新电池可以抓100只。俺觉着能抓10只、20只就成。俺地下室每年最多也就2到6
只老鼠的量。等再抓一只俺也移到车库、shed和阁楼去试一两个礼拜，shed里有，车库
和阁楼这两个地方到目前好像还没发现过踪迹。
它只有一个绿色LED指示灯，抓住了会亮一个礼拜（可惜俺买的这个指示不工作）。俺
觉着这个问题有空去巡视一圈就解决了。有老鼠的时候会重些，实在不确定打开盖子看
一眼就成。那个盖子是snap on的，很容易打开和关上。
放置的时候要沿着老鼠的轨迹放。俺是沿着墙根儿放，外面还给它挡个纸盒子，让老鼠
放心地钻，老鼠很鬼的。

能还不全面，但就MYu2和yishuang1186提供的信息来看，我觉得还是有迹可寻的。
首先看yishuang1186过了的RFE回复吧，不好意思，引用一下原文哈，“在回复RFE时候
，我提交了一个新专利，还没有grant但已经在FANG应用了，配合了之前老板的推荐信
进行解释。此外，找了个中国start up的CEO，写推荐信说产品采用了我论文中的算法
，并且产品已经卖给了中国十多个省份的政府机关。“他也说到”我回复RFE的时候提
供的应用实例比较夸张，一个是APPLE另一个是中国政府十几个省都采用了我的某个

发帖数: 693 | 29 几天前就得知不少鱼友赶渔汛，不断去Flat Rock Dam钓鲥鱼。昨天天气很好，有几位
鱼友说河水很浅，可以看见鲥鱼密密麻麻地排在河底，人也很多，岸上站满了，还有鱼
警时时刻刻盯着，收获都不错。
我今天下午抽空去看了一下，75号highway几乎直达，到Flat Rock Dam的时候下午四点
多。因为阴雨大风的原因，水流比较急，看不见鱼了，钓鱼的人也不多，没有看见鱼警
。正好碰上几位鱼友收工准备回家，其中一位昨天钓了50条，今天又钓了10几条，只留
了两条。见到我之后，简单地介绍了鱼情，说是一天不如一天，看来渔汛已经接近尾声
，并把那两条送给我。
这下好了，立即鉴定一下到底是什么鱼，赫然发现上鳍的后面有一条很长的小辫子！图
示箭头处。Gizzard Shed确定无疑，我们这里彻底与american shed无缘了。。。。
当我把这两条鱼拿上车的时候，有个老美提醒我不可以拿别人钓的鱼，朋友也不可以，
要吃Ticket的，后来我就放了这两条鱼。
这个Flat Rock Dam坐落在Huroc Park之中，只是一个很矮小水坝，还是把鲥鱼全挡在

么？是不是需要把他们以前做的也要追加申请permit吗？要付罚款吗？还是要求卖方申

是投资买房的最佳选择。曾经试着打广告、看行情，一天来了20多个要租房的。房
子各方面正常，搬进去就能住。我的邻居的房子还不如我的，大小和我的房子差不多。
每月收租金$650（田纳西的租户）。
房子估价12万，我只卖它的一半还少：5万9。略低于欠银行贷款的额度。实际上等
于short sale. 为了快速卖出房子，只接受现金。卖了两个月， 来看房的络绎不绝，
就是拿不出现金买房。我急着回国， 不能等。
