强拆呢？只有local sheriff才有最后evict的权力
evict的步骤极其繁琐，排court hearing, trial就是几个月，如果扯皮了拖个一年半
载都可能。judgement下来了再预约local sheriff去evict，人sheriff岂是容易约到的
，又是几个月之后才能行动，还不一定一次成功(比如找不到房客）。在sheriff evict
之前连停水停电都不行，房租更加是收不到了。更何况很多情况根本不能evict, 像孕
妇，单身母亲带小孩的之类。

而且罚单一旦开出来就不可以取消了。
这个叔叔必须恰好接到电话，在警察还没有开罚单的时候打电话找到Sheriff，

，而是法庭会给sheriff发一个writ，sheriff再根据日程来安排，这个时间按道理说是
sheriff的the earliest日期，但是拖上一段时间也很正常。比如芝加哥在冬天气候寒
冷的时候据说就很少安排eviction，例如圣诞假期或者气温低于十五度。另外警察来执
行驱逐令也必须要通知到租户，很多地方也要求给租户最后一段时间搬出来，可能一天
或数天。
如果租户发现自己的个人物品被房东直接扔出来，或者门锁被换了，房东估计要赔钱了事 |

这个民兵暴动，我觉得纯粹是某些人趁机拉知名度。
不过这个案子的引发事端处理得非常有问题。相关报道我看了，是因为当地有两个农民
（父子俩）他们的地和联邦的保护区是连在一起的。在2006年，保护区里面因为雷电而
引发了野火。为了防止野火延蔓到他们自己的地里，他们在他们自己的地上烧了一把
back fire, 小部分的烧到了保护区的地带，但是他们自己把火扑灭了。再加上当时保
护区里的野火本来就是往那个方向烧的，所以他们自己觉得没有什么问题。
但是。。。问题就出来了。因为他们烧的火延蔓到了保护区里面，按照美国的法律，就
算烧了一寸也是烧了。于是，他们就被警长请去喝咖啡了（真的就是用喝咖啡的名义叫
过去的）。后来经过几年的反复波折之后，他们被按照故意纵火罪来治罪，而且被罚了
