编辑都要给予相应的处罚。杂志应该建立一个数据库来统计，对于审过的稿中有两篇造
假的就停止审稿资格。

德国物理学"家" 因捏造数据被撤销博士学位
Jan Hendrik Schön
德国康斯坦茨法庭9月14日裁决，支持康斯坦茨大学撤销物理学家Jan Hendrik Schön博士学位的决定。
Schön于1997年获得德国康斯坦茨大学博士学位。他在美国贝尔实验室工作期间，被发现有至少17篇论文存在数据捏
造，包括数篇《自然》和《科学》论文。康斯坦茨大学据此于2004年撤销其博士学位，Schön不服于去年向法庭控诉母
校。
法官Judge Reinhard Schwan表示，博士学位代表公众对一个人具有独立从事科研能力和较高的诚信度的认可。当一个
人违背了科研基本准则时，博士学位就不再适合他，应该被纠正。
