重量确实都用十六进制，磅和斤都是；时间的12进制，东西方也一样。
但也有不一样的。中国除了等分重量用了十六进制以外基本都用十进制。比如长度单位
1尺=10寸，1寸=10分，1分=10厘，等等（当然不同时代尺的大小不一样）。而英国比较
多的是用十二进制。比如长度单位 1英尺=12英寸。
英国喜欢用十二进制还表现在：货币1英镑(Pound)=12先令(Shilling)，1先令(
Shilling)=20便士(Penny)。直到1972年英国政府才改为十进制，1英镑(Pound)=100便
士(Penny)，取消Shilling。
英语中11和12叫eleven和twelve，不叫oneteen和twoteen。13以后才叫 “某teen”。
可见英国古代最早是用12进制的。而中国古代汉语中就用的十进制。 |

精算子，因为spam被封ID。
估计你自己都忘了，又在九月中开始装着要买房，自己问自己
refinance, 随后就托自己。
精算子从开始上网之初，就弄了几个ID自己托自己。中间
断断续续没有停过。其实是明目张胆的在BBS上欺骗顾客，
特别是新来ID。这种行为本来就是违法的。
精算子这人这么不择手段，总有一天要被人告到破产。
